We stayed at this hotel in Nagano as a family of three for two nights. The location was very convenient, with the MRT and bus station just nearby, making it easy to get to Snow Monkey Park and other areas. The service was fine—nothing extravagant, but acceptable and efficient. One downside was that the toilet had a slightly unpleasant smell, which could be improved. There is a 7-Eleven close to the hotel, which was handy, but for good local food, you’ll need to walk a bit farther, as most of the eateries are located on the other side of the hotel. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we have no major complaints since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself. It’s a decent option if you’re mainly looking for accessibility and convenience while exploring Nagano.

Right next to Nagano Station, super convenient for getting around. The room was tiny but spotless. The only downside was the inconsistent hot and cold water – it kept going from freezing to scalding. They did provide toiletries, though.

The hotel is not far from station. Recommend to stay here if you have plan to Hakuba or somewhere to use JR line. It’s very easy and convenience.

This hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Nagano Station, making travel very easy. The rooms are basic, but they only have double beds, no twin-bed options, so it's more suitable for couples. The bathtub is spacious, and the room is warm.

amazing hotel, very near to the train station just need to cross the bridge. there is a convenience store with atm just one minute away from the hotel (in between the station and the hotel). good location and friendly staff. free luggage storage provided as well.

Our go to hotel when visiting Nagano. Superb location especially when arriving via Nagano Station. No issues even when you have luggage since there is a direct elevator access from the station to hotel. Buses going to Snow Monkey park and Hakuba is just right across. Room is also spacious really need this when you have lots of clothes during winter.

About a 6-minute walk from the JR station, with a convenience store downstairs and plenty of restaurants near the JR station. They offer free luggage storage. You can pick up tea bags and toiletries at the front desk. With Christmas approaching, the front desk even had some festive decorations. The room was a standard single room for Japan.
