A very high-quality hotel. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The location is also good. Not far from the city. The bed is good to sleep on. It is clean and simple. I will include it in my options next time I have the opportunity.

The scenery is beautiful, the staff are sincere and there is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. Quiet at night and easy to fall asleep. If I go again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. 

I arrived before check-in time and left my luggage, and they treated me so kindly that I will remember it for a long time.

At first, the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, so I asked to change the room. The response was polite. It was a bit annoying to be asked when the cleaning would be done every morning.

The front desk is not available at night, and only stays from 6:30 to 8:00 (8:30?) in the morning. The phone also has an answering machine, so no one will be able to answer any questions you may have. On the website I made the reservation, the check-out time was noon, but the note in the room said it was 10 o'clock, and it said that I would be charged extra after that time, so when I called to confirm, I kept getting an answering machine. When checking out in the morning, all you have to do is put your key card in the basket, and they won't leave your luggage with you. Although it is new, it is not convenient for sightseeing as it is on the outskirts of town, and with this arrangement, we do not recommend using it for sightseeing. I also felt that the front desk staff was unfriendly. I was told that they can only send the package by cash on delivery and there is no box, so is there any place I can get it? When I asked, he said, ``Why don't you look for the Kuroneko Yamato or Sagawa office?'' However, there was a post office about 50 meters away, and other hotels always give you this kind of information.

This was my second time using the facility and it was just as comfortable as the last time.

Although there are vehicle height restrictions, there is a parking lot next door, a convenience store and a supermarket are within walking distance, and even though it is in the city, there is little noise from outside, so I was able to relax and relax. Breakfast is served as a bento box, which is typical for this time of year, and can be eaten in your room. The Wi-Fi in the room was well connected, and it was an inn that I would want to use if I had the opportunity to come again.
