Excellent service came from front desk staffs speak in English and Chinese. Good food, good tea. And as an ESG volunteer auditor and consultant, the ECO friendly atmosphere in hotel is the most iconic experience, Though there's more to be done, it makes toyoko inn so identifiable and unique comparing with others.
Hope to comeback soon and stay longer. Thanks.

Bad smell in the room
Location is good but the room size is very small. The bathroom has no window. Not for family

During the whole trip to Nagoya, I was most satisfied with this hotel! We were very satisfied with the shuttle bus and breakfast arranged by the hotel. The kids decided to stay in this hotel next time they come to Nagoya. The hotel is neater and newer than we expected. Jinshan Station has a large Aeon and a three-story shopping mall, where you can spend half a day shopping. I recommend the yakiniku restaurant in the mall, and the frosty beef and wagyu meals at lunch. The quality is really good.
