The hotel's location is excellent, and the surroundings are elegant. It's very convenient to have restaurants nearby with great food. The room is spacious by Japanese standards, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. It’s simply a two minutes walk to the monorail station undercover. It’s close to the city and shopping area, there is a bus terminal nearby can travel to various tourist spots. The service is good, all staff are friendly and polite, the hotel offered free drinks everyday at the 14/F lounge, it was so relaxing and chill. The shower room is nicely decorated with traditional bath salt sacks, kids like it a lot.

Location is great, accessible by bus from Naha and next to a park. Amazing sea view, onsen is great, breakfast is also very nice, in Japanese style with a lot of options.

First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Asahibashi Station, and there's a direct walkway from the second floor to the monorail station. The hotel also has a pick-up/drop-off point on the ground floor, so taking a taxi is very convenient. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the start of Kokusai-dori, offering a quiet escape while still being close to the action. A taxi from the airport costs around 2000 yen, which is quite a good deal if you're traveling with a group. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of local Okinawan dishes, such as Ryukyu ramen, sea grapes, and peanut butter pig's ears. You can pretty much try all the local specialties just by having breakfast there. Our family of four booked two rooms. My parents had breakfast at the hotel for all four days, while my sister and I only ate there once, opting for convenience store breakfasts on the other days (as a quick search on Tabelog showed no other breakfast options nearby). It's worth noting that the hotel provides each guest with a 500-yen dining voucher upon check-in, which can be used for breakfast (the full price is over 2600 yen). However, when we tried to get two more vouchers for subsequent breakfasts, they weren't provided. It seems to be a one-time offer per guest per stay, not per night. There are also many great restaurants near the hotel. Just around the corner downstairs is the popular Iseya Ago Pork restaurant, and the Yakiniku Honbu Ranch BBQ restaurant is within walking distance. It's about a 20-minute walk to the First Makishi Public Market, but you pass through Kokusai-dori along the way, so you can walk, browse, and eat, which makes it feel much closer. The hotel service is exceptional. After check-in, a staff member escorted us all the way to our room door by elevator. During daily cleaning, the staff are very careful with guests' belongings; anything not explicitly thrown in the trash is not discarded (even if it clearly looks like rubbish), which I really appreciate. The in-room amenities are already very comprehensive, even including hair ties. More amenities, like facial masks, body lotion, and mouthwash, are available at the front desk downstairs. The only slight inconvenience is that you need to take an elevator to the 14th floor and then transfer to another elevator to reach the guest rooms. Also, our city-view room on the eighth floor only offered views of the rooftops of adjacent buildings, with no actual scenery. If you prefer a better view, I'd recommend choosing a bay-view room.

The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bus stop downstairs with direct buses to the airport, and the Naha Bus Terminal is right across the street. The pedestrian bridge connecting to it even has direct elevators, which is incredibly convenient for seniors. The room amenities are fairly comprehensive, and they provide complimentary bottled water daily. There are also enough power outlets for charging. I only had breakfast once, and at 2100 yen, the variety wasn't extensive, but the quality was decent. The bathroom was well-equipped, except for the lack of a shower cap. The only downside was that the bathtub wasn't cleaned. On my first day, I specifically left a note in both Chinese and Japanese asking the cleaning staff to clean it. I assumed they'd understand my request the next day, but when I went to take a bath around 10 PM, I found a layer of grime on the tub's interior walls. I knew it hadn't been cleaned, so I just took a shower. However, I do want to express my sincere gratitude for something else: I suddenly couldn't find my reading glasses. I went to the front desk and asked the cleaning staff to help me look for them. When I returned from my outing that evening, my reading glasses were placed on the bedside table. I was truly, truly grateful! Also, the check-in counter is on the 14th floor, but the rooms are located between the 6th and 13th floors. So, you have to take the elevator up to the 14th floor first, and then go down to your room.

The room was pretty good and the view was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was quite limited, mainly Japanese and Western options. Since I stayed for four days and ate breakfast at the hotel every day, it felt very repetitive. It might be fine for a stay of one or two nights, but not for longer. The location is super convenient – it's only a five to six-minute walk to the nearest Don Quijote, and about a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Dori. You can take the monorail to Makishi and then walk back to the hotel, enjoying some sightseeing along the way. It’s incredibly convenient.

Hotel room had a good amount of space for two people, and the toilet is very spacious with shower separate. View is not bad. Service is great too and the lounge has free coffee and tea and skincare that you can take.

The rooms at Renaissance Hotel are quite spacious, definitely on a different level compared to the hotels we stayed at later in Naha city. Plus, there's a balcony with an ocean view; my son loved sitting on the lounge chair there, watching the scenery. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities; we participated in the Happy Dolphin and sea turtle care programs. My baby had an absolute blast and got to interact with the dolphins up close. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, right next to the bus terminal and the Asahibashi monorail station. Public transport from Naha Airport takes less than 30 minutes. The breakfast was superb, and the hotel service was very professional.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the bus terminal, making it incredibly easy to travel anywhere. My spacious city-view room offered a beautiful sunrise view 🌅. The service was excellent, the facilities were great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The lobby and restaurant on the 14th floor also provide fantastic views. The only slight drawback was that the sofa in the room felt quite firm. After a five-night stay, my overall experience was good.

Pros: The location is fantastic. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were very courteous, there was a good selection of toiletries, and the coffee was delicious. Cons: One night, there was some noise from street racers on the road-facing side, which was quite loud. However, it was quiet on subsequent nights, so it was likely an isolated incident. Also, the cleaning quality seemed inconsistent; one day it wasn't very thorough, and the trash bins weren't fully emptied.
