"The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s a 4-minute walk from the monorail station. The room was on the 8th floor, with a view of the surrounding area. The room itself could be extended, with an additional door leading to the neighbouring room. Towels are changed every day, and bottled water is provided daily as well. Breakfasts are just right. The only drawback is the position of the toilet – it’s too close to the wall, and your thigh ends up pressing against the toilet roll."

"This hotel might seem a lot more expensive than other Naha city hotels, but it worth every penny & being one of our best stay in Okinawa. The large room does feel like a suite with the comfy sofa area equipped with a giant TV. We also enjoyed the large modern bathroom. The room deco & amenities are all sophisticatedly design. The hotel dining is top notch, make sure you book with their breakfast please! It turns out to be one of our best hotel breakfast in Japan. Not only they offer chef menu of sashimi rice bowl, the quality of buffet options are crazy, honey dripping from actual honey comb, 3 options of miso from different origins to make your own soup, wide spread of veggies, breads & teas… we skipped lunch after. We also had birthday dinner in “The Long Vocation” restaurant and we were quite impressed by their food & drink and service. We stayed over typhoon, & we were very glad to have chosen to stay in Southwest Grand which offer late check out, indoor pool & good variety of food. The location is gold, the only little issue is they don’t have car park on site and the closest paid one requires 1-2 mins walk outdoor. It maybe a little hectic during some weather condition. Big shout out to the 2 lady staffs who help guests with luggages at the entrance frighting over strong wind & heavy rain, they were amazing! We missed our stay already and do hope to stay at this hotel again when we revisit Naha, hope to able to use their outdoor pool in a better weather. Overall highly highly recommended!"

"The location is good, assuming you have a rental car. The building is old, but the interior is reasonably clean. However, some areas, like inside the rooms, show signs of dirt and aging facilities. Also, while the reception staff were very kind and polite, many staff members, such as those at the breakfast restaurant, seemed less considerate. For instance, on our first morning of a two-night stay, our breakfast table was directly under the air conditioning and very cold. When we asked for help, we were simply dismissed with 'I don't know.' Another time, a staff member nearly bumped into me as I was returning to my seat with food. Given that it's a budget hotel, despite carrying the Hilton name, I suppose some things are to be expected. Still, I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again."

"The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic."

"Stayed for a short 2 nights as I've a morning home flight. Room is CLEAN! Majority of hotels around Japan comes with a decent tub for you to soak in... I'm happy Tissage's 🛁 is spacious & deep. I took my warm soak after a long tiring walk each nights . The window view overseeing the harbour/port is calming however it rained on all my 7 days in Okinawa.. Fortunately on my final night the ☀️ showed up gracefully. Love the initiative that the hotel lobby has a display of few pamphlets of attractions.. Umikagi Terrace Senagajima one really caught my eye. Glad i went! I might only consider its tricky location though, as there's construction works going on during my visit in May . A 11-15mins walk frm hotel gets u to arrive into Asahibashi station. I took /booked a DiDi ride the morning which i had to leave for an international fligh home, a decent fare of ¥ 1950 to Naha airport. All staffs speaks great English! :D Bed is comfy, using Simmons mattress! 👍🏻 ✨ Okinawa works well if you rent a car... public transport is tricky as buses operates on schedule and often the buses were slightly delayed behind time due to traffic congestion. I'd recommend it anyway. 😁 Arigatogozhaimasu Tissage Hotel & staffs."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the middle of Kokusai Street, in the second row of buildings. Everything is super close and convenient. A taxi from the airport only cost 50 RMB and took about 15 minutes to get there! The service was great, and the in-room amenities were excellent. They even provided phone charging cables, though they were for iPhones older than the 11. My friend and I booked the same room type at the same price and requested rooms together, but we still ended up on different floors – one on the 7th and one on the 3rd! So, we both paid an extra fee to upgrade to executive access, which included unlimited drinks, alcohol, and snacks from 11 AM to 11 PM."
