"The good thing was the room is super spacious with 4 single beds. It is a good option if you are just looking for a place for a short stay. The floor carpet had a mysterious stain, and the hallways were kind of gloomy. Overall location is a dark and quiet at night but more alive in the day time. Self checkin and out process was easy. There are lots of free amenities available too and the staff helped us to call taxi to the airport."
"It is the best location as it is 20 minutes from the airport near the international street, the breakfast is delicious, and the public bath is very clean, so it is a cost-effective hotel. The tatami room is much bigger and better than the bed room, but the bed room was too small."

"A hotel that is very convenient to reach by monorail. Sanrio really did not disappoint us. Next time I have a chance to visit Okinawa again, I would like to come to this good hotel again. The counter service staff scored 100 points!"
"Loved the decor in the family room. Very child-friendly including toys and child toothbrushes. Pyjamas were also provided.
Only problem was that the hotel didn't reserve a parking lot for us even though we had requested for it. Had to drive around the neighbourhood for nearly half an hour before finding an empty lot!"
"If you're looking for a place to stay in Naha, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa! The hotel is known for its **professional and friendly staff, who provide consistently excellent service. It's a fantastic option for both first-time visitors and those returning for a second stay. The convenient location near Kokusai Street and the luxurious amenities make it an ideal choice for a memorable Okinawa experience. Definitely worth considering!"
"Excellent hotel! The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully laid out. The bathtub and provided bath salts were a nice touch and the hotel had lots of amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee/tea, and pajamas. The beds were also comfortable and it was nice view out the window towards the water. The breakfast buffet was also very good with many options. Would happily stay here again."
"beyond expectations! I really wanted to stay here because of the ryokan-inspired rooms and they were so comfortable and homely. There was sufficient space in the room, toilets were modern and impeccably clean, and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t realise I also had access to their private sauna which was wonderful as well. Location is just 10 mins from the main shopping street, and just 5 mins from a departmental store. Staff was also very kind. No complaints at all and would love to come back :)"
"The room was clean and the amenities were great, but the TV remote was out of batteries (I called and had to go to another room to get some), and the air conditioner's fan was broken, so I think it would be better if they dealt with those issues. Other than that, it was a great experience."

AAnonymous UserStayed 3 nights here and the rooms were clean and they provided amenities for you to go to the onsen. Room cleaning was provided at a charge so we did not take it up. Location is near naha bus terminal which we use as landmark when getting a taxi. Near donki and opa which has some shopping within the mall. Breakfast is delicious but i had to forfeit my last day’s breakfast to catch an early flight. Tried to communicate with the staff to ask if I could pack some bread to go but the staff did not understand me well so i didn’t pursue my request further :(

快快樂出遊の晴The price for three people is more cost-effective than Toyoko Inn. The breakfast is very satisfying, the room is spacious, the service staff is friendly, and they also provide self-service lockable luggage storage. The thoughtful tea bar allows you to cool down every time you return to the hotel. If there is a next time, I would like to stay in such a great hotel again!

SSophia MGreat breakfast here. Lots of variety to choose from.
I loved the pool as well but be aware that day time is free but from 7pm - it will cost 1,000 yen per person (comes with one drink) Amazing hot tub so I thought it was worth it.
Many travelers from around the world staying here.
I think it is a nice causal stay either solo or with friend & Family.
One thing I noticed (you may notice too) is that the bathroom smelled just a little. It may be from the pool above.

KkmendozaPros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

GGuest UserThe room is just a family of 3 people, 2 single beds are used together, the child is 4 years old, and the older child is estimated that the bed is not enough. It is recommended to set some big beds in the room. My husband is thin and I am fat. Just enough to squeeze together, if the father of 2 is large, it is not enough. I forgot to take pictures inside the room. These are the photos of the exterior of the building. The entrance and the elevator are there. There is a self-service computer screen for check-in at the door. The language has Chinese choices. The operation is simple. You can check in by entering the check-in number. When you leave, you will also check out. The check-in number will be sent to the email, just check it yourself
GGuest UserMr. Kinjo is a perfect getaway for solo travelers when in Okinawa. It has facilitates all over Naha, the main city on the island and it offers everything one needs. The room in Uenokura's Mr. Kinjo was absolutely a great one, it was clean, not so big, but extremely well accommodated. The bed was soft, felt like water bed at times, but it was comfortable and it only added to the overall experience, which was definitely a good one and I would recommend this hotel to anuone.
When going to Naha, many couples would like to stay at Smart Condo Tomari.
