Check-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in. Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided! The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nigh**are at check-in.

The reservation number and entrance password did not arrive in the email the day before! I entered the entrance with the help of a guest. Since my reservation could not be confirmed, I barely checked in after receiving a reservation number after a video call with the staff. I searched all the emails sent from Trip.com and checked the mobile app, but there was no local reservation number or entrance password! If there were no people around, I would have had to park my car outside and have a hard time. Many accommodations in Japan have unmanned systems, so it would be a good idea to pay attention to the access password and local reservation number on Trip.com in advance.

I used it for 2 nights, but I used one bath towel and one face towel a day because there was no cleaning. I thought it would be better if there was a selection machine. I think it would have been convenient if there was a shoe holder.

I didn't know where the extension cord was, so I contacted them and they responded politely. The room was very clean and there was plenty of parking nearby.

The room is very tidy, with many small touches, and the modern minimalist design is refreshing. The room is fully equipped and very new. The smart toilet is great, and the bedside projector is also very useful. It returns to the core theme. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and the fatigue is gone. One inconvenience is that the entrance door requires four digits. At that time, I only had the order number, and it took more than an hour to enter the room.

I'm glad the procedure was so easy. Also, as a large group, it was very comfortable in terms of the direction of the bed and how to use the room. The price is also cheap and I want to use it again.

Ctrip did not issue a reservation number, so I could not enter without a reservation number. I could only enter the hotel by calling the customer service. The Chinese service was not clear at all, and the reservation number was also wrong.

Great value for money! Good to share a room with four people! However, there is no room to store our luggage after check out, that’s a bit disappointing!

The variety of amenities seemed limited. There is a building that looks like a sex shop right in front of the hotel, so if you are a small group of women, it may feel unsafe. It's nice that there is a supermarket nearby.

It is within walking distance of Miebashi Bridge, and there are convenience stores, coin laundry, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Some comments said that the check-in system was difficult, but I had no problems and it went smoothly. The interior and amenities were also impeccable, making for a comfortable stay. The kids were happy with the projector and the ability to watch YouTube on the TV.

It was very clean and beautiful. I was very satisfied with the price. I'd like to use it again next time.
