I guess we stayed at one of the best Property of Nainital. The rooms were spacious and proper ventilation. The food was amazing and their chef Mr. Su*** Bisht, he served us very delicious food.. and the food serving was also amazing. Mr. Ishan, the hotel ***ager he is so humble. We would really appreciate their hospitality..the traveller's who like history..it's a best place for them.. we would definitely visit here again ....

I heard about this property from one of my friends who visited last year. Hotel is situated amidst oak trees with magnificent view of mountains facing Ayarpatta hills. Surprisingly the hotel had lots of options for guests like stone painting, quiz for kids and games room, karaoke setup etc which was enough to stay in the property to engage ourselves. Food is delicious & what makes this property unique is their staff which goes out of their way to make us feel at home. The credit goes to the Young dynamic personality GM of the property Mr. Ansari who belongs to Nainital but a seasoned hotelier . I would say we stayed at One of the best properties in Nainital . It's got that british architecture and royal feel at the same time. It belongs to a Princess Reena Kunari from Lucknow Royal Family. Food variety is there and staff service is top notch. They took care as we are their family members. We felt like home as they took care of our food preferences and personally looked In to our comfort. Rooms are spacious and proper ventilation is there. Thank you to team WelcomHeritage Ashdale for being such a nice host. Will travel soon hopefully and gon a stay at your hotel.

Visited this beautiful property this month. A royal interiors of the room and British era charm made our stay memorable.Staff is polite and on their toes at all times be it a small request or during our meals they go out of their boxes to add value.We must acknowledge the efforts of the Front desk staff who was always ready to assist us with the local site seeing options or be it a restaurant staff.Lovely lawn outside the room was the best part of our stay.We would like to recommend people to visit this property if coming to Nainital.

We recently stayed at this amazing property which has got an beautiful serenity in and around property.Felt like staying in a kings palace.Staff is excellent in terms of catering needs of guests.Food has variety like Continental, Chinese, Indian and Kumaoni which is a local Cuisine.Their thali was a great experience.Lots of Arrangements were done like Wildlife documentary, karoke set up, Stone painting for kids.etc.we would love to come back soon for sure.Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Very beautiful property and really nice staff . Everyone was very helpful and delicious food . The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious dishes, catering to both local and international tastes. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with ***y attractions and dining options within walking distance. After a busy day, I appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, which allowed me to unwind and recharge for the next day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nainital, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning in the future.

Farhan, Ranjit, Ganesh and all their staff were incredible hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our class reunion. They were helpful, flexible and went out of their way to curate a memorable experience for us. Highly recommended.

The hotel is extremely comfortable and speaks of elegance personified in terms of its quiet decor and ambience. Special mention to be made of their extremely courteous and kind staff be it Front Office , housekeeping or restaurant. They go out of their way to make you very comfortable and satisfied . Food served at the restaurant is par excellence. We wish them all the success!
