前台服務較差，ITV每次重啟衹能看幾分鐘，沒發用，空調製冷效果一般還漏水。總體來説對不起這個價位。

1.這個接站服務沒有用到，衹能在出站口接，而且這個接站服務居然是有班次的，打電話問前台在進站口接説不行，問她那我要從進站口走過去酒店要往哪個方向走，前台説她也不清楚。。
2.當天下午兩點到的酒店，衞生竟然還沒做出來，好幾批客人都在等，前台解釋説是學生放假，但是！既然知道這幾天學生放假，為什麼不把退房時間減至12:00，酒店還是照常的14:00退房，這個我很不理解。出去吃了飯還等了一個半小時衞生才做好。
3.前台業務能力不太行，應該是新來的，但是服務態度很好。
4.房間衞生還行，就是廁所裏的衞生紙，工作人員應該沒有注意更換，是濕的，用不了。房間面積挺大的，有陽台這點挺好的。

酒店離高鐵站有大概700米，是個兩層酒店，酒店有接送去高鐵站的車，但要提前和前台溝通確定。酒店收費便宜，房子環境安靜，衞生乾淨。
