酒店環境衞生整潔，整個裝修很高檔，服務人員態度也很好，很熱情，住的很舒適，性價比很高，體驗感很棒。下次來還選他們這家酒店。

本來不應該衹給一星，酒店的條件還是過得去雖然有點問題，但是可能是旺季的原因，服務令人咂舌。我是攜程預訂的到第二天下午兩點，十二點電話已經催過我，我説兩點前一定退房；接着過半小時又打，我再次説明一定會準時退房；一點半到酒店跟前台説明我是兩點退房，前台説我不管這個，什麼平台不平台，我就是十二點退房，敢問你的房間掛在攜程平台，平台顯示兩點退房，要麼你不要和攜程合作，要麼就遵守契約，雖然沒加錢，一點五十退房但是令人非常不舒服。
下面説酒店的評價，紅木風格的酒店，老闆是年年紅傢俱的老闆，酒店不在海邊在後宅小學邊上。酒店有幾個問題：第一是熱水不熱，等很久才是温水，帶孩子的要注意，考慮到海邊，可以忍受；第二是房間內有輕微的膠水氣味；第三是沒有客梯貨梯分離，酒店打掃衞生滿滿幾大包塞滿了電梯還是和客人公用；另外礦泉水衹有兩瓶大家要自己買一些。

來南澳好幾次了，這次住的酒店必須上個好評😁前台小姐姐盡職盡責安排我們停好車，然後辦好入住；酒店裝修整個就是整潔大氣，進去房間之後，發現裏面很乾凈，包括洗手間也是清清爽爽的，配套設施很齊全；很滿意的一次入住- ̗̀（๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑）

國慶假期汕頭旅行 前兩天都在市區遊玩 各種打卡 第三天來到南澳島 選擇了貴店“南澳年年紅紅木客棧” 首先是兩點多辦理入住 然後在房間休息了一會 接着四點左右出門環島騎行 最後晚上十一點多回到酒店 殊不知刷卡推開房門一股寒意襲來 空調開着 燈也亮着 一看通電的卡槽竟插着另一張房卡！！我們馬上下到一樓前台問怎麼回事？是誰在我們離開之後進過房間？我們提出要查監控 前台説我們酒店沒有權限查監控 緊接着打電話給負責人上報情況（沒有開免提 但是能聽見説讓我們報警處理）我們準備報警她又説她跟另外一個工作人員核實一下 然後打出第二通電話 接聽的是打掃衞生的阿姨 打掃衞生的阿姨倒打一耙説是我們要求換毛巾 可是我們根本就沒有要求！！過了一會下午給我們辦理入住的工作人員來了（疑似負責人）知道我們的訴求後就立刻帶我們進去監控室 幫我們調取監控 發現真的有人在我們走之後進房間換毛巾和倒垃圾 逗留了五-六分鐘 看完監控後那位疑似負責人的工作人員給我們道歉 我們沒再追究 趕緊返回房間查看物品是否有丟失 畢竟出門在外也不想把事情搞大 這事就過了 結果！！休息了大半個鍾 上來了一個阿姨 我們不清楚是不是當事人 以為是來道歉的 （由始至終我們沒提任何要求 也不需要）但是顯然是我們想多了 解釋了大半天為什麼再次進入我們房間 試圖把這種行為合理化 還説什麼讓我們放心入住？！這一嚇還能安心睡着？！第二天上午就退房返程了 事情就是這麼個事情

酒店位置很好，在後宅中心繁華區，附近有網紅一條街，很適合打卡，環境不錯，乾淨衞生，配套齊全，房間空間大，住着很舒服，前台服務很熱情，下次入住依然會選擇住這裏！

非常差的酒店，不建議選擇，春節期間價格奇高是一回事，周邊環境臟亂差，酒店房間衞生差，更可氣的是，早上7點多，服務員可以在不敲門的情況下，用門卡打開房門，這算什麼事呀？然後更可氣的是，沒到12點鐘前台就打電話要求12點鐘之前退房，説是房間已經訂出去了，通常酒店是應該打電話文客人續不續住，確認後才會訂出。電話中我要求酒店需要給我一個説法，至今都沒有酒店任何説法，難道就可以店大欺客嗎！真無語！！！我的房間是14點前退房的，總直接説那就請14點前退房。從入住該酒店都沒有出房間，直接就是休息，也沒什麼交集，這是因為今天買的價格高，還是跟攜程有過節呀！！！我希望攜程能夠有個説法。
