和朋友出來玩，選擇了這家酒店。沒想到挺好的，房間衞生很乾凈，前台服務很好哦，位置很好找。對面就是天街商場，吃的逛的都很方便。前台小姐姐超美的，人也很好！

酒店位置很好，樓下就是龍湖天街
衞生：酒店剛開業不久，衞生還挺不錯的
設施：空調效果相對來説沒那麼好，房間很大，要是能再多一個冰箱就好了。
服務：最好能配兩張卡，一張電卡，出門之後空調一關會來會很熱。

第一次住這個公寓類型的酒店，本來沒有抱很大的期待，然後前台姐姐給我升級了兩個檔次，讓我用很划算的價格住上了很不錯的房間，這邊的地理位置很好，打車方便，便利店也在樓下，樓下還有一整條美食街和天街商場，房間乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味和噪音，空調也是非常暖和很好用，電視可以投屏，我很喜歡他家的床和被子，床軟乎乎的被子也滑溜溜的沒有異味!很不錯。服務方面的話，一開始我衹要有什麼需求前台姐姐都會細心及時的回答我，幫我處理問題。快走的時候因為睡晚了還沒有吃飯外賣還沒有到。詢問了能不能延時一個小時，前台姐姐答應了，然後外賣還沒到我説花錢去再延時一個小時，前台姐姐還送了我一個小時，非常開心，也非常感謝這位美麗細心的姐姐，這次住宿真是純路人住宿，推薦情侶學生黨來住很出片，位置也好環境也好，服務也很好。

誇誇而談是初級選手🙏底層滿足🤞講問題：衹説問題：希望前台在客人有發票預約的情況下，做好準備，最起碼不要當眾大聲讓客人報手機號，寒暄幾句，有的沒的，當地文化，老表性格那是可以理解，也樂此不疲。入鄉隨俗，但是既然是住店，客人的私隱作為前廳人員甚至是大堂副理，主動破圈，那就失去了制服的意義和專業的精神。也給不法和冤冤相報 種下了豆子。花錢買罪受，除非是迫於淫威或者關係過硬，你我皆路人，又豈敢浪費時間勞煩他人呢？請專業，請培訓，請對的起自己的飯碗，承受住老闆的囑託！謝！（人多時不便當面交流，寫在這裏我實名，也是自我保護，感恩他人。）
