There are many kinds of breakfast, clean and exquisite, the coffee is freshly ground and brewed, and tastes good. The family are very satisfied. I will stay here again next time~

There was only one washing machine that could be used, and it was broken. I chose the 15-minute quick wash and stood there. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, the wash was still not finished. The timer did not run and kept reporting errors. I tried several times and it still didn’t work even though I was soaked. It was really frustrating and tiring. It was too hard to give up washing the wet clothes in the machine and take them back to the room to wash them by hand. It's better not to waste time and energy at the beginning, and hope that the maintenance personnel will provide refreshments, and the maintenance of various facilities should not wait for customers to find out by themselves. Smoking in the hotel stunned me. I saw someone smoking in the corridor, and someone who smoked wanted to get into the elevator and asked the front desk to swipe the elevator card. 設施：花灑壞的噴水，空調也沒有暖風，直接凍感冒，你家空調另外收費的？這麼冷的天都是冷氣 衞生：到處都是灰塵，角落更加嚴重，地毯上全是碎屑，打掃衞生不吸塵抹塵的？是不是衹換床單被套一次性用品？杯子燒水壺都是厚厚的灰，明顯很多天沒人使用也沒人換過沒人擦過 環境：房間隔音為0，旁邊是馬路，車來車往吵死了 服務：房間放了兩瓶洗髮水，就是不放沐浴露，怎麼，沐浴露要錢洗髮水不要錢的？ 前台一個男的服務員，跟他説話愛答不理，欠你錢了？微笑服務沒人給你培訓？基本問好都不會，這個工作你實在不喜歡就不要做了，讓你們經理趁早換人，還是你就是經理沒人管的了你呀？哇那你也太牛了吧
