酒店提供免費升房服務，前台工作人員態度良好。
房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生。
窗外是高架，不過隔音效果還是不錯的，不怎麼會聽到外面車輛駛過的聲音。

服務：首先這並不是第一次住希岸酒店了，很難想象對於前台的處理問題和服務理念是真的差勁👎，住了這麼多年酒店，第一次碰見房間內沒有放浴巾和毛巾，不是一套，而且兩套都沒有放‼️所以不知道酒店的查房流程和規範是不是形同虛設，這麼低級的錯誤都可以犯😑。第二個前台的態度，我很懷疑沒有培訓就上崗，對於客人的態度可以這麼差，直接説“你要投訴我也沒辦法？你想幹嘛就幹嘛？”對於自己的服務沒有做到位，沒有任何抱歉，作為一個酒店的前台門面，品牌形象都要被你敗沒。最後聯繫了店長，才給我解釋道歉。
衞生：酒店的鏡子直接可以看到擦拭的印子，大概也是沒有仔細打掃。
這一波差評，是給酒店前台的那個男生，還有客房打掃人員和查房人員的。雖然最後店長解釋道歉了，但是如果在最開始我在前台反應這個情況的時候，前台工作人員能給我一個合理的解決辦法，和良好的態度，這個差評我是不會給的。
