Service level is good. But I recommend to make database of customer. I usually stay here once a month, but I have to listen/ask same thing at front office. Sometimes I feel I’m talking with robots. If you can improve it, it will be the best. Thank you

For a family trip, we booked a package with free tickets to Sunac Land. If you don't really like amusement parks and you have small kids, you might as well not buy the package. The hotel is pretty good overall. The facilities are a bit old, but the service is good and the breakfast is rich.

The worst hotel experience among all five-star hotels during the holiday trip. The kids kept saying it was too bad from check-in to check-out. The hotel didn't look like a five-star hotel.
