服務挺滿意的，第二次入住這個酒店，有點不滿意的是我明明定的升級版的大床房，然後房間比上次小的多，估計沒房間了，給點建議，夏天有蚊子，很多酒店都有電蚊香，建議也有這個設備，下次還要來南昌，估計還會住這個酒店，比它旁邊的如家好不知道多少倍，不要錢我都不會住它旁邊的如家了，大家千萬不要去住旁邊的如家

酒店服務特別好，每天都會打掃房間，被褥都會整理好，前廳服務特別好，也特別熱情，環境很好，乾淨衞生，每天毛巾都會更換。交通也方便，旁邊就是八一廣場，晚上跑步也很好。

除了酒店位置方便 前台小哥人不錯以外，我真的找不到酒店的任何優勢，訂的是標間，我也算是經常外出旅遊的人 但是從來沒住過一樓的酒店房間 感覺特別沒有安全感，這 我都能接受 雖然便宜但是想着連鎖的便捷酒店總不會出錯…但是！！這個位置，這個衞生 我是沒想到的 …早上7就就被窗户後面的居民樓大叔大媽的説話聲音吵醒 加上今天下雨 剛好房間後面有個排水管 那個流水聲嘩嘩嘩 最重要的是 這個房間居然還能清晰的聽到地鐵經過的聲音 一開始我以為是我聽錯還特意打開地圖看地鐵位置，但是 那不間斷的哄哄聲，一陣陣的 晚上差不多11點才結束 早上7點多又開始 誰懂啊家人們 ！！！！！！

設施：周圍設施很差，還有工地在施工，凌晨一點鐘在響，還有人説話很吵，噪音很大，早上六點多就開始施工，隔音不好，吵的都沒怎麼睡
衞生：衞生不好，房間有一股味道，還沒進房間，大廳的地毯就有一股味道，電梯裏也很臭，房間又小又潮濕
環境：環境也很糟糕，房間裏有很多黑色不知名的點點，房間很小
服務：因為隔音不好，睡不好，房間很吵，給前台一個小哥打電話，真的很拽，要求換房，前台也陰陽怪氣的説，換不了，因為當天要退房了，催我們退房，也不解決問題，説他們也沒辦法，至少因為施工沒辦法很吵，怎麼也要準備個耳塞吧
總體來説就是，房間小，隔音差，男前台態度很差，一大早就是這個聲音
來到這每天叫醒你的不是鬧鐘，而是一曲美妙的施工，真的會謝，如果前台態度好點，可能還不會那麼不舒服，前台態度也很差，一點都不作為。

衞生：床品不是很乾凈，房間裏飛着蟲子，廁所異味很重，洗手枱下水反味。
設施：基本的城市便捷酒店的配置，廁所有簡易晾衣架，晾完的衣服黴臭味十足。其次，空調噪音十分大，影響睡眠。
環境：臨街靠地鐵路線，噪音污染嚴重。旁邊有建築工程，半夜一兩點又鑽又錘叮鈴哐啷一頓整，住了兩晚沒睡一頓整覺。
服務：1.想要一張取電卡，前台小哥霸氣十足地回覆沒有。2.和老公還在睡覺時，阿姨敲門問是否續住，我們連忙回覆等下退房（房間隔音效果並不好，我們迴應聲音應該足夠大），結果阿姨緊接着刷開門推門而入，接着我老公呵斥説不要進來，於是乎保潔阿姨在我倆還躺在床上的情況下，開着房門聲明延遲退房一個小時20塊。3.保潔阿姨打掃完衞生後新的毛巾不給地巾。如果由於這一疏忽，洗完澡滑倒後果誰承擔得起？
南昌城市很美，旅遊體驗不錯，如果相應的能把酒店服務抓起來，應該會吸引更多的遊客。

其他家連鎖賓館，特惠好歹衹是房間小又訂的早所以價格低點，其他都一樣。這家，頭一次住一個特惠房直接把你領到背後破房子裏住，完全不是連鎖酒店裝修，水泥地裸露，門鎖壞的，衞生間頭頂都是很舊的牆皮，還發黴的。衞生堪憂，地下地鐵聲音非常清晰，鬧心！
