The hotel customer service upgraded my room for me. The room was large and clean. On the balcony on a rainy day, the Chinese-style courtyard was peaceful. Next to it is the Forest Park, and the autumn scenery is super beautiful. It rained heavily before check-out. The beautiful customer service manager Liu asked me to delay my check-out at 3 o'clock and go directly to the airport. I was very satisfied with my check-in experience and will continue to check in next week.

Since the child was anxious to drink water, I ignored him. After playing in the lobby and going to the room, my husband asked again if there was water? I want to bring two bottles to boil water to make milk powder for my children. The front desk told me that I had to pay, but I made a phone call when I arrived at the room on the first day I checked in. The room originally had 4 bottles of water, and 4 more bottles could be provided. And I have two rooms. Asking for a bottle of water at the front desk really ruined the check-in experience. The attitude of the front desk was really bad. The rest is fine. The kind where no one greets you when you leave the store. Then there is the indoor children's paradise. It is said that you can enter by swiping the room card, but we failed to swipe it several times. My children wanted to play, so I called the hotel in advance to ask them to open the door and turn on the air conditioning and ventilation, otherwise the smell would be very strong. As a result, the door didn't open 10 minutes later. Because it was raining, we waited at the door for a while, but no one came. So I went to the front desk. The front desk said that the waiter was busy and had to wait for a while. I asked that only she could open it. Later, another waiter at the front desk went to open the door. There is a five-star environment, but it is not as good as the service of a fast hotel.
