前台夜班服務員，臉上長了很多斑那個服務員，態度極差，想想她那種無所謂，説話的態度，意思就是説，你愛住不住，有的是客人，不差我這一個，想那副嘴臉就生氣，什麼服務，極差

酒店設施設備極差，剛進衞生間的時候馬桶圈上都還有尿漬，通風設施不完善，一進房間悶着慌，還不能開空調換氣，酒店服務人員的態度也不是很好，一直在推諉責任逃避，説不知道怎麼回事。大家預訂的時候一定要考慮清楚，不建議大家預訂，簡直是很不好的一次體驗。

洗手間衞生差，洗漱台上還有用完的衞生紙捲筒，而且整間房連一張紙巾都沒有，房間的電話是壞的，還衹能從訂房平台打電話給酒店前台反映情況，工作人員態度敷衍怠慢，送紙巾的服務員態度極其惡劣，過來狂砸門，晚上八九點的時間，把門砸的哐哐響…………咋滴？你們沒放紙巾，我打電話要求送過來，還錯了嗎？
