最近都在外面玩，這真的是體驗感極差的一次入住！平時從來不寫評價，這次真是忍不了！1.酒店沒有沒有前台，前台就是樓道里的一張小桌子。2.進房間後發現窗户是壞的，關不上，這麼大的窗户，沒有紗窗還關不上，帶着孩子實在不安全，聯繫酒店，酒店説沒辦法就是關不上，説窗户太老了變形了，強烈要求下拿着螺絲刀整了一會，可以關上，但鎖不住，衹能時刻盯着娃娃。3.問酒店早餐在哪裡吃，回答前台在裝修改造，沒法堂食，給提供了雙份麪包雙份礦泉水，就是早餐，沒辦法我們價格已經很低了叭叭叭，試問:哪個酒店不提供水？？？事後看評論，22年就開始改造，今年還沒改好？？價格低嗎，近200一間房。4.聯繫酒店送兩瓶水，酒店説下班了，明天九點上班。所以這12個小時連個值班的都沒有。5.晚上洗漱發現洗漱台上隨便扔着一條毛巾，牙刷竟然都是拆開的，毛巾也是濕的，真的太噁心了！6.停車問題，沒有提前説停哪，問酒店有沒有停車票，沒有，要免費的就去對面。

酒店是公寓式，前台沒人，管理遠程發密碼入住。樓道光線不好，很陰森，一個人的話挺害怕的。不好的體驗從進入房間開始！水龍頭活搖活甩的！
晚上10點發現還有裝修的聲音，忍受了十分鐘之後，與酒店聯繫，他們説向物業反饋，然而絲毫不起作用！晚上10點半，裝修噪音依然在持續！給酒店打了五個電話，直接拒接！我想這個酒店是沒法住了，就在網上申請退款，也被酒店拒絕！於是，晚上11點，我帶着行李重新訂酒店入住。
與攜程聯繫，客服很理解我的感受，積極與酒店方溝通，然而酒店拒不認錯，完全不考慮客户的感受。
一個人，來到陌生的城市，晚上11點，被迫從酒店出來，天知道我當時有多無奈！多憤怒！
這是這麼多年住酒店體驗最差的一次！酒店方自始至終沒有主動與我聯繫過，沒有向我道歉，沒有返款我的房款！

房型和圖片不符，床上很臟，一進去躺上發現黑色疑似鼻💩不明物體，廁所地上也很臟，有積水，床很小，我提出問題之後，老闆一直強調他的價格很低，對我提出的問題迴避不答，衹説他價格很低。

【騙子酒店、圖文不符、欺詐酒店，攜程和稀泥、審核不嚴】
這家酒店環境可以説是用臟亂差來概括，房型實際環境完全和酒店介紹房型展示的不一樣。
圖片上展示的房型乾淨明快，實際上的房間是用麻將室麻將房改造的，如同四五十元汽車站招待所一樣的房間。
並且，平台顯示的酒店位置，是在南充某商辦樓的8樓，可能是因為滿房的原因，房東直接把我們安排在了13樓的一個獨立的房間。整個過道像**一樣，全程沒有燈。
打電話給房東反應，要求退房，房東直接來一句：“你就這個價格還想要什麼樣子的房間。”
聯繫攜程，攜程以過了退房時效為由，拒絕退款，也不聽客户申訴，常態化選擇和稀泥。
選擇平台和酒店方，消費者是按照你所展示的圖片和服務而選擇是否花錢購買服務。
作為酒店方提供和圖文基本一致的房間和服務，這是最基本的道德和法規要求。
作為平台方，攜程應該公正客觀的審核房源，處理客户基於事實的申訴、要求。
如果做不到低價，可以提升價格，而不是用低價把客人吸引來，然後提供一個完全不一致的差勁房源和服務，讓顧客來將就，來“因為低價”自己説服自己。
