The stay in this hotel was not bad, however it is a standard business hotel.

Excellent hotel located in the Olympic sports center area, which is a more modern part of Nanjing. The rooms are nice and the staff friendly. Good value for money too in this area of town.

Very bad! Equipment, sanitation and services are very poor! I came to see a concert and booked two nights because it was close to the Olympic Sports Center. However, the air conditioner was so noisy on the first night that I had to turn off the air conditioner and sleep. The next day, I got up at 6 o'clock next door to take a shower. I could hear clearly in the room. I took a shower, washed my face, and blew The head can hear everything. . . I changed rooms on the second night, and the bedding was very dirty. They didn't get new ones at all. It looked like the ones the previous customer had slept in. . . I asked the housekeeper to change it when I went out. I went out without watching him change it. When I went back in the evening, I saw that it had not been moved at all. . .

First of all, we booked a family room. After checking in, we found that the room was seriously inconsistent with the picture. The window of the room we stayed in was ridiculously small. We asked the hotel to change the room. We were told that the hotel only had two family rooms, both with such small windows. Therefore, the picture is meant to deceive consumers. I asked the hotel to compensate the hotel. The hotel put forward some very false plans and showed no sincerity at all. They even said that because of the concert that day, the price of the room that originally cost around 600 was increased to 1800. It is really unacceptable. We can unsubscribe and finally handle part of the claim through a third-party platform, but we are required to retain my right to leave negative reviews. Secondly, the trash can next to the elevator on the floor. When we returned to the hotel at ten o'clock, there was already so much garbage. Because of the hot weather, it smelled like a mixture of food waste. The garbage was still there at twelve o'clock, at least in this state for more than two hours. . Originally, Atour was my first choice for accommodation when traveling. I never expected that I would stay at Atour like this in Nanjing. It is not as good as a fast hotel. Please choose carefully. It is really bad. I am a fan of Atour.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is timely, and the room type is upgraded for free if there are spare resources. It is very convenient to order takeout, and there are robots that can deliver it upstairs. I always stay in Atour when I come to Nanjing, but this time there is a little surprise. This Atour has a semi-open terrace on the sixth floor with a view and a sports field. The restaurant provides free porridge and side dishes after 9:30 pm. When we checked out, the child's clothes were left in the room. The staff contacted us and patiently helped me send them to Shanghai by express. The clothes are very cheap, but the child bought them newly. Special thanks!
