原來以為是政府官方的迎賓館，晚上一去看燈光就覺得不太對，進去以後發現不是官方的。原來應該是個叫“皇家公館”的洗浴SPA中心。房門背後的消防疏散圖也證明了。
整體風格，還是有種，怎麼説呢，洗浴中心的豪華感，甚至還有把龍椅。
整體來説，還是比較乾淨，也比較新。
早餐一般吧，可能因為不是旅遊城市和旅遊熱門地的，元旦早上9點10分來吃飯，基本沒什麼人。
早餐廳是游泳池改的。
送了一張券，樓下SPA沒有去。應該還可以吧

服務：送個spa就是泡澡服務，但客房下去不提供櫃子存放衣服，説留給外面來的客户使用，客房脱大廳椅子就行，為數不多的幾個人，那麼多空櫃子為何不能提供？手機擺凳子上還是隨手拿？真的好嗎？
那我如果去做按摩，錢我是不是得出了後，那櫃子難道要這時候提供我？哪個浴室出來，服務員不幫忙遞個毛巾啥的，在這，全自己找自己看，
客房：電梯口有聲音換了個，謝謝，
結果夜裡整個屋子，側睡那嗡嗡聲，低頻率的，簡直。。。。反饋就是以前沒人反饋過，，一問同行的五樓也有，這恐怕，，，
換了兩個房間，寫字枱附近都沒有插排，衹有床頭有，一問沒人在桌上辦公，，當然謝謝後來提供的插排。

酒店在星湖街區，周邊有很多吃飯的地方，非常熱鬧，酒店門口有很大一塊地方，停車十分方便，大堂和房間空間都特別很大，住宿還可以免費泡温泉，還是非常划算的，服務也不錯，還會再來

前台一個短頭髮女的，服務態度很差，語氣很硬，跟男的似的，表情跟欠她錢一樣，****，住酒店很少發評價，這次真的挺不爽的。建議酒店培訓一下，至少讓服務人員能夠微笑服務吧。過來花錢住酒店看你板着個臉的嗎？
