The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley, Tapestry by Hilton Reviews

A standard 3 stars hotel with a premium price tag. The only great thing is providing free EV charging.

The hotel itself was clean and the service was good. The reason this score is so low is because the rooms are not very sound proof. You could hear everything the person above you and beside you was doing making it extremely hard to get any sleep. Footsteps seem amplified due to the laminate flooring and literally EVERY movement was heard so if you choose to be romantic, you will have an audience much to your neighbor’s dismay. My room must have been directly above the kitchen as once I got to sleep I was awakened at 5am by what can only be described as metal shelves banging together loudly. The he price was good for Napa but I wouldn’t stay here again. The drinks were good as they specialize in craft cocktails, but you’ll need a few to sleep through the noise.

Overall tge property was nice but the area is run down. On our day of wine tastings we returned about 4 pm and the room had never been cleaned. I mentioned at the front desk the next morning and it was no big deal to them. We will find other accommodations next we’re in Napa .

When we arrived the beds weren’t fully made, no pillow cases, and the room didn’t feel fully cleaned. Front desk staff didn’t do much to help.

Very cute and clean hotel. Weird that they didn't have slippers or robes to use. Also walls are very thin. But adequate stay.

The hotel was pretty mediocre. The bed was average in comfort, but the sheets and pillows were great. The room never quite warmed up even when we turned up the heat. Design of the room was nice. We paid extra for fresh baked cookies but left them after a few bites- not worth what we paid for them.

Great location, clean room and friendly staff. Short drive to downtown Napa where we found a festival and great restaurant for Dinner. This is a photo from Winery V Sittui.

Bar and restaurant - excellent food and bartender attentive & great drinks. Room clean and comfortable.

This brand new hotel was both beautiful and comfortable. Just a short ride from downtown at a more reasonable price too. It was a short trip but I would definitely do more relaxing there next time. Highly recommend.

amazing experience at cambria. check in was quick and easy. the staff super friendly with recommendations on what to do in the area. gave me a birthday treat and offered to sing when we went down to get snacks late into the night. fairly queen, super quiet, rooms are spacious. the bathroom was nice. beds were very comfortable. only down was the power went out a few times during the night so it got really hot.

Overall great service from the front desk and employees. Very clean and nice smelling. Hidden hot tub that was a plus! Would come again

Property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were nice and spacious. Updated amenities made the stay feel more welcoming. Recommend for anyone staying in the area looking to go to Sonoma and Napa wineries or distilleries.
