We loved our stay, the staff were lovely and the view from the bar upstairs is gorgeous . The area is very nice and it’s walkable to different cafes and restaurants in the Chiaia area. Marco the concierge was a great help and recommended a lovely restaurant and bar toe eat. We would definitely come back to Grand Parker’s hotel

The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

Chambermaids changes towels every day. Very good conditionier and also good TV, which we did enjoyed by listeting to italian music. We had breakfest and it were really good. Highly recommended!🤗

Had the best time here and made friends that I still talk to two years later (I actually went here in August of 2022). If you are looking for a fun social hostel to make lifelong friends this is the place. The kitchen also has free pasta and some basic produce, spices, and oils that are free to all guests. I saved a good chuck of cash living off of the pasta there. The staff is also incredibly friendly. Shout out to Mia! I don't think she works here anymore but she was the best.

The location is really good, between the old city and the new city, can be reached on foot, a few steps away from the shopping center, but the room is small, the most dissatisfied is the basin and shower room, the water is blocked, there will be water for a while, to Slowly infiltrated, the hair is used for one minute due to overheating, and the power is turned off. It takes 3-4 minutes to cool down before working, then blows for one minute and then loses power. Basically, it is impossible to blow the head. My family of 3 had an absolutely fantastic 4 nights stay in Naples Inn. The owners are really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bathroom, the room and kitchen area was always spotlessly clean. I never sleep well when travelling, but the bed and the room was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. The location is perfect for experiencing Naples, very close to busy city centre area with plenty of choices for cafes and restaurants, but the Inn is still quiet in a tucked away building. I’d definitely recommend this place for everyone. Thank you Roberto and family for everything.
