The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes."

"The biggest surprise of this trip was the hotel's two handsome front desk staff who were incredibly enthusiastic. The first one upgraded us to a corner room (perhaps because I'm a Hilton Diamond member), and the second one helped us arrange a taxi. Both windows in our room offered sea views, and despite being next to a road, the soundproofing was excellent – you could barely hear anything once the windows were closed. However, the location isn't super convenient; it's a 10-minute walk from the subway, so it's more suitable for those who can take taxis."

Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. The location was ideal for all of the sites of central Napoli, everything in the old city is within walking distance. It's always good to escape the very touristy centre and walk to the markets and streets that locals frequent."

"This is not a hotel or B&B as described, It’s some kind of room renting ! No coffee or tea bags and when asked the answer was that they didn’t have any !! It was the only time we had seen someone ! The room was not cleaned properly, just one toilet paper ! Only one pillow per person We didn’t felt safe at all as it seemed like we were the only ones in there ."
