I noticed at the beginning the paint and layers of the bathroom door were peeling off so i wondered if someone flooded the room badly and damaged it, but then after i took a normal shower (with the shower door closed properly) the whole bathroom flooded like a pool and the water even went outside the bathroom and flooded part of the room if you can see in the pictures ( it was too dark to capture it), next morning i made my boyfriend aware of this when he was going to take shower and be careful, same thing happened. We told the staff when checking-out but he seems surprised and was not aware there is a re-occurring problem in the room. Other than this location is great and staff was good.

Very unique; provided a great view by the water, but was also close enough by walk to explore the busy and colourful streets of Naples. It also had great and many options for food..

This is not a hotel. Is a b&b or a room rental with no 24h reception or any hotel service - not even a bathroom for you to change whenever you arrive. The wifi did not work in any of the 3 days - which is a major problem in Naples, since major Attractions must be reserved online. The breakfast is composed by only processed and packed items, and served in a narrow 3 tables only. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, refurbished and new. The host is very nice.

A basic condo-type room in an otherwise residential building. Difficult to find and access the location.

Excellent structure and excellent location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot and by crossing the road you find yourself on the splendid seafront with a breathtaking view. The room very spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely come back to visit you.

Negative experience in this bed & breakfast 100 meters from the Chiaia seafront. Double room with broken window (glass closed but without possibility of locking it). No support in the bathroom other than the sink and toilet. Broken shower wall resulting in bathroom flooding. Room with signs of wear everywhere even though the structure is not dated. Dust everywhere! Terrible. Non-existent cleaning, stained pillows and towels: replace them! I couldn't wait to leave. Staff present only a few hours in the morning, clearly disinterested.

Certainly one of the most beautiful things seen in Naples is this relais, wonderful, with attention to the smallest details, very classy furnishings, clean and above all equipped with a superlative bathtub in the room! But the even more positive note is Mrs. Ezia who welcomed us as only a mother can do, satisfying our every need. A true hostess who adds even more magic to this place. Excellent location as it is just a few steps from the Chiaia district, excellent for shopping with big brands and also close to the historic centre. We will definitely be back.
