Nice stay, Clean Room, Fantastic Location, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast. Good value in the area. Close enough to walk to everything in Downtown Naples.

First, the Hotel Front Desk Staff provided us a room that was already occupied by another guest. LaQuinta Staff yet to apologize for their error. The Front Desk Staff stated "we are just coming on shift. Second, the sheets on the bed were very uncomfortable. Reported to the staff the next day, sheets were changed. The hotel needs a complete update. The Hotel Staff could also utilize Customer Service Training 101. I would not recommend this hotel. We are One and Done.

Good stay for a 1 day business trip. Central location close to downtown Naples, clean, comfortable room, and breakfast.

Pros: Good location, clean.
Cons: Overpriced for what is basically a low budget upgrade of a 1980's motel. Staff member that checked me in was nice enough but chatting with friend on earbuds during my whole check in process. Was given handycapped room with low, popcorn cieling. Pretty low quality breakfast of mostly carbs and sugar. Parking space filled up with rain water so had to get my feet soaked getting into my car in the morning.

Front staff was very kind and friendly. Our rental car had a breakdown right in front of the hotel. The receptioniat took care of it because we were im a hurry. Thank you so much! You saved our day!

Toilet wasn’t working. I called front desk. They sent someone within a few minutes. She took the top off and did whatever and it flushed. It worked through the evening. Morning it wasn’t working again. They need to repair it - not a temporary fix. I feel I should get some sort of discount for this room.
