I’m not the type of traveller who usually goes for hotels, (outside of the pandemic I’m usually one for hostels), so perhaps this is why I disagree so strongly with the negative reviews here. The hotel isn’t in the best location, no, but outside of really late night (and I mean after 1am), it’s in a busy enough area that I didn’t have to worry, perhaps this would be different if you were a woman travelling alone, but it wasn’t a big problem for me. I would advise, as in all cities in the world, to try not to look like an obvious tourist and refrain from looking at google maps obviously on the street, but petty crime is just as much of a problem in other parts of the city and in my opinion much of the bad reputation surrounding this area comes from its high prevalence of ethnic minority Italians which is more based in racism than reality. My room had an interior view, which wasn’t great, and yes there were marks in the bathroom which had clearly been there some time. Despite all of this though, the hotel offers air con, a comfortable bed, and is very close to the train station which gives great access to Pompeii and Herculaneum. More than anything I was touched by just how kind the staff were, one girl in particular, Katia, was so incredibly kind and spoke amazing English, and she gave great tips about the area. In particular her advice was very useful, and it was lovely to have a friendly face in the city while travelling. Cleaning service was offered daily and plenty of towels were provided. I do see why people disagree with the three star rating, but for the price the hotel is more than sufficient and offers a good standard of accommodation.

We stayed for 2 nights at this cute little hotel hidden away at the third floor of an old building. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. Short distanse to public transportation and places to sees.

Come to the store and let the tourist tax be 21 euros. The room is very high, the terrace can be opened, spacious and bright, and the ventilation is very good. Every day, the hygiene is good. There is no table in the room, which is very inconvenient. The only stool in the room also dropped a lame leg. The bathroom is also very spacious and the facilities are good. The shower often has no hot water. The water flow is very small. The shower head is repaired and the water flow is normal. The location of this hotel is very good and it is very convenient to go to the attractions. Stay here, you don't need to take a taxi anywhere, walk a few hundred steps and then take the train directly, the subway is fine. When I came here, I got off the train and took a taxi. It took a few minutes. The driver was eager to help carry the luggage and let us pay 13. euros. (The watch is 8.5 euros), taxi drivers in Spain are charged according to the watch. Italy encounters several drivers who are overcharged.

There was no one at the reception and checking was made online. We almost stayed on the street because no one could open us until I called the hotel by phone and they made me check on the street being a bad area to be with the baggage and the mobile

The hotel is a short way from the train station and that street is being repaired. But the service at the hotel was good: the boys at the front desk were smiling, kind and friendly, and they were learning Chinese. Ordering room service was fast and delicious, and the delivery uncle was handsome and friendly. I checked out for breakfast the next morning and was going to Amalfi Coast. A service boy took the initiative to help me with my luggage and let me rest assured that breakfast. When the car came, I would be called in the restaurant and then called. The hotel staff were so friendly. The only downside was the road construction, the room facing the street was a bit noisy. And the room looks the same as my picture.

I wish I could rate this B&B higher, my Dad and I stayed here for a week and loved it so much that we had to come back for the last few days of our trip! The staff made us feel very at home and cared for. Edoardo was extremely helpful and accommodated our every need with a smile at reception, he is really great at what he does. Patrizia ensured that we were well taken care of while dining, her adorable and kind personality shines. Federica always greeted us and was so welcoming. Even Pina who did not speak our language still made a great effort to care for us during breakfast, making us laugh without saying a word. And finally, Adelaide. I swear she is the gem of Naples! Not only did she check us in and get us comfortable in our room, but she gave wonderful recommendations that were specific to the things my Dad and I loved/wanted to do. She went above and beyond to make our trip special and is genuinely a joy to be around. This place felt like family and made Italy feel just like home. Thank you all for a wonderful experience we will never forget!
