After a long and exhausting journey, I arrived at the hotel to be greeted by staff who informed me that check-in was at 2 pm. Despite booking a room a day earlier, my reservation appeared to be canceled in the system. Another staff member questioned why I hadn't called to inform them of my late arrival, but as the hotel was prepaid, I assumed my room would be held regardless. After a lengthy wait, I was finally issued a room card, but it didn't work. While one family member sought assistance, the rest of us waited outside the room, hearing voices from within. Eventually, the guests inside emerged, and we discovered we were issued the wrong room. Back at the lobby, we were initially asked for payment to fix the room cards, but when we explained the situation, they checked for available rooms to issue us a new one. After nearly 45 minutes, we were finally able to check in. Its very disappointing and a bad experience, the staff were hostile and not even apologetic becos rhey felt i was in wrong for not informing of the late checkin
