"Cleanliness: toilet has a pungent smell and we regretted not asking to change room because we checked in late at night and too tired to ask. It did not got better after room service. Location: it was right opposite the train station but there is still free shuttle bus to send you there. Good for wet weather or when you have luggage. Was baited by other reviews that there is shuttle bus to Disneyland but there isn’t. Only free bus to nearest station and Baiharma station. You need to pay the train ticket to take resort line to Disneyland and Disneysea. The park view isn’t ideal because you can’t really see Disneyland. Just the view of neighbouring hotels and a little bit of the parks. I believe ocean view is better. Breakfast was decent, you can get original or chocolate pudding. All staff are friendly and nice. There is ice and cold water dispenser on every floor but no hot water. You can boil on your own in the room. The room is very spacious."

"Firstly, it's my mistake for booking a smoking room but when I asked the next morning if I could change rooms, they said they were fully booked. Even though, Trip showed you could book non-smoking rooms at that moment. But I don't want to argue. Instead, the staff recommended the deodorizing spray which helped, alongside blasting the AC. Aside from that, I think the man I talked to was nice & trying his best. Forgetting about the smell, in this room for me, walls are just dirty. The tub looked used. The furniture looked old. They have all the amenities, including PJs, either in the room or by the front desk. Location is good, right by the station & a nice area to scroll but nothing exciting in close vicinity in terms of shopping or attractions."

"This hotel is perfect for anyone visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Disney Sea. It is located right next go the Maihama train station which is a short seven minute walk from the Disney monorail to Disney Sea or the Tokyo Disneyland park. The facilities were clean and the staff were professional and courteous. We were able to drop off our luggage before our room was available for check-in which helped with the traveling. This hotel is also close to the Ikspiari shopping mall with plenty of food restaurants such as Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, McDonald’s, and Outback Steakhouse. I highly recommend getting staying here for a pleasant and relaxing experience."

"It's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)"

Location: maximum 10mins walking to Disneyland entrance Room: large space, no issues with 2 large + 2 small luggages to be open at the same time. Toilet is also very spacious, perfect to bathe children. Clean. Convenience: right opposite ikspiara with food court, restaurants, bakeries (to get breakfast during the queuing to the theme park). Hotel is attached to the JR station."

"Disney Official Hotel was the best! The Disney amenities, the cute Minnie in the hotel lobby, the sofa, and the hotel staff were all polite and impressive! The bus to Tokyo Disney Resort is free and it was convenient to go to the hotel by train! There is also a paid service that delivers luggage to the hotel from Disney Store Bon Voyage at Maihama Station, which was convenient. Before checking in at the hotel, I left my big luggage and enjoyed the first day slowly. Compared to other official hotels, I felt that the distance of 20 minutes by bus was far, but the cost performance was also good, so it is recommended for families. Best of all, we were able to use Happy Entry! It's only Disneyland, but I put it in 15 minutes before, so I was able to ride all the rides I wanted to ride in the morning.
