To be fair i was only on the ground floor and didnt stay . The place looked awesome but is SELF SERVICE and the check in process is ridiculous . I was sent an email saying to check the link ...... great but there was no link....... so i went to the property and registered and wqs told id be sent a message at 3 with a room number .... no message arrived ..... I went back to the property no one was to be seen and no one answered the door ... i lived in Japan over 30 years ago and know thqt culturally its about the customers xomfort and convenience but this flopped badly i gave up and went to a hotel 大変でしたcheck inのまえにはホテルからがつきましたメ-ルはに付いたのリンクをおおすと便利なcheck inになりそうそうでといましたでもリンク出はありませんでした、だから行きましよとおもいました、この場所歯全部セルフサービスてす、スタッフは呼び出しのあとに来ました。国際国の電話がありますがサンドより3時に部屋番号はメセジで着けますと言われていました。4.30まで待ちましたでもメセシはなにも付き間瀬でした！だからホテルに帰り増した。誰も見ませんでした誰も答えませでした、予定を止めまして仏なホテルを探しに行きましたここサンドは便利じゃないですやばいです、お金は1円でもかあえてきませんでした、 、、ダメねサンド

This is a self service guesthouse but they give a very clear guideline for you to check in smoothly. The toilet and bathroom is not attached with the room but still I feel comfortable to use it as it is very clean. Also, I feel safe even my luggage was stored in the first floor. They have cctv installed in the store room. Two things need to take note 1- Always check your email as they will send you a form to fill up only you will receive your room password. 2- Use JR line to reach Narita Station instead of Keisei Line because from Keisei Narita station to guesthouse is way further and the road is super narrow.

This is so underrated, the smell is so nice and it gives a traditional feel. It is fantastic

I really love stayed here. The guesthouse is lovely and cozy. It’s feels like you stay at your friend’s home. The host is supportive and kind.If you have a plan to visit japan. I recommend you to stay this guesthouse before you go to Tokyo. The location not far from Narita station as much. You can walk around 5 min to get there.

The check-in is done online (you will recieve am email) so you need to keep that in mind. The JR station is close enough (only a few minutes, less than 5') and you have some kind of bar right next to the guesthouse. Clean and cozy place, beds are closed with a curtain and the male/female spaces are clearly indicated You shall take your shoes off and wear the provided flipflops to walk around.

The hotel was really lovely and comfortable. A very quiet atmosphere and relaxed surroundings. Although the bathrooms were shared, everything was spotlessly clean. The only problem we had was check-in, as we unfortunately couldn't arrive until after 10 pm, but even then, we received excellent assistance.

Advantages: 1. The room was extremely clean. Every time I threw away trash in the common area bins, it was immediately taken out. No matter how many hours passed, the trash bags were replaced. The floors were also very clean and comfortable to walk on. 2. It's very close to Narita Station, a five-minute walk, making transportation convenient. There are many good restaurants on the surrounding street. It's also a lively area. 3. The staff were friendly. Disadvantages: 1. For bookings made in China, you must use a Google email address; absolutely no Chinese email addresses, such as QQ email addresses. This hotel requires self-service check-in. You need to click the link in the email sent by the hotel, fill in the relevant information, and the hotel will then send the room number and password to your personal email address. My QQ email blocked links, so I could open the email but couldn't click the link, preventing me from completing check-in. Also, Japanese people are quite rigid. I later added them on Line using other methods and sent them my passport information for confirmation. They refused to send the room number and password on Line and insisted on sending me an email. I couldn't receive the email. I finally received the email in my Google email address. If you don't receive the email, even if the hotel owner stands in front of you and you show them your passport, you still can't check in. That's the rigidity of the Japanese. You need to complete the relevant check-in information via the link before checking in. 2. This hotel, if you only rent one bed, is mixed-gender. A previous review misled me into thinking there were separate male and female areas. Actually, if you only rent one bed, you don't know whether your roommate is male or female. 3. The shower area is really small. I don't have claustrophobia, but when showering, because it's so small, I felt like I couldn't breathe. The space is small, and once the door is closed, there's hardly any air.

Despite the low price, it was spotlessly clean. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

Comfortable and very clean. The bed was okay, and the bathroom was good. You can leave your luggage after check-out until 3 pm. It's close to the pedestrian street and Naritasan Temple, about a 7-minute walk from Keisei Narita station.

It's not too far from Narita Station, and although check-in is a bit of a hassle, it's okay since you can use the self-service system. I really like that the luggage storage is on the first floor.

Nice hotel: convenient location due to proximity to the airport, clean, all amenities, clean linen. +: Administrators sent information in advance about check-in after 10 pm. -: very small rooms, not enough air, especially in the evening. For 1 night it's ok.
