"Extremely cozy place with convenient shuttle services not just to the airport but the nearby Aeon mall as well! An excellent way to explore Narita and super grateful of how accommodating they were with our special requests (all of us had eczema and needed smoke free rooms).
I would love to come back again!"
"The room was incredibly spacious, a rare find in Japan. Breakfast options were quite limited, which made dining a bit inconvenient. Luckily, there's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, so grabbing some instant noodles and crab sticks was an easy solution for dinner. They offer a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport, taking roughly 10 minutes."
"Great location since it has a free bus service from airport to hotel (vice versa). I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with their garden view room. The view from my room, the amenities such as outdoor hot spring with variety of tubs and the service is superb. The hot spring payment is for the entire day. So, you can try hot springs and steam bath for women in the evening and the hot springs and sauna of men in the morning ( it exchange in the morning). When you want peaceful and nature vibe this is a great place to stay and I definitely comeback here. I love the ambiance. The room I stayed was not as great as outside. Its big for a solo traveler since there are 3-bed and the interior design predict its time but the cleanliness bothered me since under the bed there's a used slippers. That mean, it wasn't clean thoroughly (not vacuumed) to see that thing under and cut carpets hidden under the bed. Overall, I still love the place."
"We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip and the location turned out to be perfect.
The shuttle bus service from the airport – Narita JR Station – Aeon Mall was super convenient and reliable.
The hotel is away from the busy city crowd, but still easy to explore Narita JR Station area, where you can walk along a traditional old street and even try the famous century-old unagi restaurant. At first we thought Aeon Mall was just for dinner, but it ended up being a great place to shop – lots of tax-free shops, restaurants, Uniqlo, GU, etc.
Rooms are larger than average in Japan, and the lobby area is comfortable and welcoming.
Cons:
The room felt quite stuffy. It uses central air conditioning, but even set to the lowest temperature, it was still warm. After feedback, the hotel kindly provided a fan, but it didn’t help much in late summer. Eventually we had to leave the door slightly open for better air circulation. Interestingly, the corridors and lobby didn’t feel hot at all.
Overall, great location and shuttle service, but the room ventilation could definitely be improved.
I'll choose this hotel as my last stop again on my next trip"
"Stayed at Richmond Hotel Narita and had a great experience. The room was clean, staff were super friendly, and the location was really convenient - just a 5 minute walk to the train station and only 15 minutes to the airport. It’s a great base if you’re flying in or out of Narita, though exploring Tokyo areas like Shibuya or Shinjuku takes about 1.5 to 2 hours by train."
"This hotel was the perfect end to my Tokyo trip, offering excellent value for money. They provide free shuttle buses to/from the airport and Narita Station, which run punctually. Just remember to check the different pick-up points for Terminals 1 and 2. You can also arrange an airport drop-off service, making it an ideal choice if you need to catch a flight. A special thanks also goes to Trip.com for their prompt, professional, and dedicated service; they have truly been my most reliable travel partner for years."
"It was good, though a little small. However, the free shuttle bus makes it very convenient to get to Narita City. I highly recommend visiting Shinshoji Temple; it's an ancient temple that's always bustling with worshippers. It's definitely a worthwhile place to visit."
"Hotel Welco Narita is a convenient, budget-friendly spot just minutes from Narita Station. The rooms are basic but clean, and the staff are friendly. It’s a bit dated, but great for a quick overnight stay before or after a flight."

Great
GGuest UserExcellent location! It's very close to the airport and offers a dedicated airport shuttle service. The hotel is also just a 5-minute walk from the station, making it incredibly convenient. Narita Omotesando is very close, and you can easily walk to Omotesando, Narita Shinshoji Temple, and the park within 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
NNuchsarang U.Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy.
GGuest UserClean and spacious room (standard twins). Delicious breakfast. Near airport, train stations, car rental, many restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores. Nice staff. Free tea and coffee at lobby.
AAnonymous UserGreat services with 7-11 in the hotel. Near to Narita airport with free shuttle bus. However the frequency is not high, especially to Aeon mall but in overall was a pleasant stay.
CCOOKIE SHUMy stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience.
The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals.
Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!
GGuest User“Budget friendly hotel”
An “ideal” choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport.
As others have noted, the beds are wonderfully comfortable and clean.
The staff was helpful and friendly and there was no language barrier easy to communicate in different languages.
Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Narita Airport. The hotel is also nearby Narita city, and the shuttle service facilitates travel to and from there.
The location is excellent, very close to Aeon Mall and many restaurants around there.
2202678****Despite its age, the hotel is spotlessly clean. Its location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the JR station and centrally located in Narita City. There are plenty of restaurants clustered nearby, making it very convenient to find a place to eat.
WWoshiyangdaren, qinggeiworangluWhile the hotel is quite old and the rooms are a bit dated, it was very clean and all in-room amenities were fully functional. The hotel's surroundings are quite isolated, making it impossible to order delivery services like UberEats. Guests are therefore limited to dining at the hotel restaurant or purchasing microwaveable ready-meals from the lobby's convenience store. A convenient complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Narita Airport Terminals 1 and 2. The front desk staff also had excellent English proficiency.
FFashion_PotatoIt's a bit hard to find, but you go down the escalator from the arrivals floor like you're going to the train, but pass the train and the shops, go through the glass door, up the escalator and then turn around. It's right there. It's very efficient inside - locker room to store your bags with your own key to a locked locker. A hall of sinks and toilets. A hall of showers. They give you a towel, a dressing gown, and a toothbrush with paste. You get ready for bed, then find your capsule, crawl in and sleep. There's an outlet and adjustable light inside the capsule. I suggest an eye mask and earplugs. Much like a hostel (but with much more privacy) you can hear the people around you and although the light is VERY dim, it's not black out.
TTeteteteteleisuoThe room was quite spacious and very convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs, and they accept cash, Alipay, UnionPay, among other payment methods. A really nice touch was that the hotel's shampoo and body wash smelled fantastic! Haha.
