The property was nice. We enjoyed staying here, although we had issues with the HVAC the first night (it was really hot!). And there were ants all over the floor in the kitchen the 2nd night. Overall, we liked the apartment and the location.

The condo was very spacious and nice. About 4 blocks from Broadway but not a bad walk. There is no elevator in the building and the 4 Bedroom condo is a tri-level so lots of stairs inside too. We would stay there again!

Note by MintHouse has the perfect combination of old-world charm with beautiful windows and historic brick, along with clean, modern interior with top quality amenities (kitchen equipment, showers, etc.) The location is perfect! Close enough to Broadway, stadiums and the music scene, but far enough away to be quiet and restful. The staff was really accomodating with making sure our questions were answered. A top quality hotel and staff.

Our family of 8 fit nicely in this lovely hotel. Beds are comfy and the place is very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and the NYE bash down the street. Wonderful assistance and communication with staff. Highly recommend!

Note by Mint House was a great choice for our stay. Location was where we wanted to be. Communicaiton with host was excellent. Easy paid parking nearby. Would be a great choice for anyone visiting downtown Nashville.
