We didn't have any wash cloths or hand towels in our room, only two bath towels; not sure if that was purposeful or not, so we had to request them. Service was prompt in having them delivered.

This is outside of Nashville proper, its a nice hotel. The area is undergoing development and they start at 5am during the week.. Nothing the hotel can do. The room we had was an executive balcony king, great room, only minor issues, the bathroom was a wheelchair accessible, the shower was not sloped properly so water ran everywhere which was annoying but dealable. The balcony was nice, only problem there was no shading or one way film so if you wanted to walk to the kitchen in your skivies, everyone could see you walk past. The window in the bedroom leaked during a nasty storm, again not a big deal. The "restaurant" was not an actual restaurant, barely had bar food, small selection of items. Breakfast area was beautiful, very limited selections.

I always stay at this hotel in Nashville when I’m traveling for business. They have excellent customer service and the valet is always polite. The rooms are excellent for work trips. Quiet, convenient location and you can easily come & go without hassle.

Loved the property and most of the staff was amazing.
But with all of the below problems, i did not feel i received a good value for how much money i paid.
Letdowns:
Poor communication of breakfast hours, reception hours/days, did not know I had to pay for parking until AFTER i booked the hotel. Was notified of this one day prior to arrival ! this is totally unacceptable. If you are going to charge a LOT at the bar during normal hours, you should also list prices.
door to our bathroom did not shut or lock correctly, and smashed my wife and daughter's hands. sink drain did not work correctly.

The staff is amazing. Jeremy is awesome & super helpful. The hotel is clean, internet worked great. The rooms were nice. I loved my stay. I cant wait to go back.

Everything was excellent! Daniel at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Had a phenomenal stay.
