The hotel didn't have lobby staff, guests had to check-in by themselves with the iPad. The system is good but it takes time and too much information is needed. The room is super clean, living room space is large. 2 twin beds located in a room clean. Kitchen inventory is fully complete.

The hotel is definitely very quiet and spacious and have many amenities and natural onsen inside. I was given the second floor but as I have many luggages and seniors with me, I requested to change to the ground floor. Thanks. But remember to request first to avoid such inconvenient uneasy situations.

The room is very spacious and the facilities are convenient. The bus stop is very close, so it's not that inconvenient even if you don't have a car.

It was a very beautiful accommodation! It's spacious and the bed is big and comfortable.

We stayed in a standard family room. The overall interior was very clean and stylish, especially the spacious bath and washroom! The artificial hot springs also had a real hot spring feel with their smell and texture. The terrace deck was also a space that didn't feel cramped even when 6 adults had a BBQ. Also, the projector in the bedroom looked great and I was very satisfied! Is the Wi-Fi a little slow? Also, the futons are dime-sized and not for one person at a time, and if you live in a room on the first floor, some people may be concerned about footsteps coming from the second floor. That's why I gave it a 4 for the service and facilities. Personally, I really liked it and would like to come again!

It was clean and comfortable. I would like to come back and stay in a different type of room. I think this room was the one I was in, which other reviews said smelled like barbecue. As soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of meat oil, but it didn't bother me as I stayed there. I guess there's nothing that can be done about that. If I were to be greedy, I wish the TV in the living room was a little bigger. The washing machine is ok. The cooking equipment is ok.

The room was spacious and the bath had hot spring water, which was great!

First the dislikes! 1.We arrived at about 4PM and checked in. The moment we entered the residence upstairs seem to be holding a gymnastics contest. We shrugged it off as excited kids. No! This was non stop drumming on the floor until we checked out around 1150 pm that same day 8 hours after checking in. 2. The outside ambient air began to smell like a busted septic tank and raw sewage. Not sulfur like a hot spring but sewage! Unfortunately, I can tell the difference. The smell began to seep into the residence making me and my family feel ill. Customer care basically said we were complainers and if we wanted we could move rooms but the entire area smelled so moving was not an option so we went home. 3. While packing up our vehicle to tavel home for several hour's we had the pleasure of listening to a couple fighting in one of the rooms before leaving. Far from a relaxing vacation we were looking for. 4. To top it all off the property refused to work with ******* or us to make right for the terrible experience my family and I endured. No sincere apology, nothing. Basically a thanks for your money losers and piss off type of response. No responsibility taken at all. Beware of this place unless you are hard of hearing and smelling or like being treated with no respect. The good. It was a nice location. The outdoor area was nice and the room was comfortable. It is sad its looks don't live up to the expectations. Avoid and would never recommend this location to anyon.

We've spent Christmas holidays 🎄 eve with my family we've stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, we are so happy to stay in Rakuten Villa, we wish to stay again next vacation.

The building and rooms were clean! The kitchen was well-organized and very easy to use! The bath was so nice that the kids could sleep in it!

Rakuten Stay Villa, which has been open for about a year, is still new and clean, with the minimum necessary pots and tableware, as well as coffee and amenities like a hotel, and it was comfortable. It snowed during our stay, and my friend from the city was impressed by the location. The bath was also spacious and we all had a good time bathing together. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and delicious bakeries nearby, and the dinner and breakfast were of very high quality.I made both meals by myself and my friend was very satisfied. I would definitely like to go there again with my family.

I had a comfortable time. We use rakuten stay in various places. Nasu had a resort feel with a hot spring a**osphere. The parking lot is large and there are many parking spaces, so we were able to use the inn as a meeting place and drive each car. There is also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to prepare meals. The coffee maker was broken, so I would like them to thoroughly inspect the equipment.

【good point】 The interior is dark and stylish with subdued lighting, satisfying the desire to stay in a nicer place. I think the artificial hot springs were good too. [Bad points] I think the lighting is just a little too dark. I would have liked more lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. I use a tablet for check-in and check-out and to contact the staff, but the signal is extremely poor and communication errors occur. When I filled up the bath water, there was a lot of hair and dust floating in the water, making me question whether I had cleaned it at all. I once drained the hot water and cleaned the bath myself. The thing I was most dissatisfied with was the thumping footsteps and activity sounds on the second floor, which was very stressful. As other people's reviews mentioned, I think there may be a structural problem with the building.

Good points - It's a reproduction of the house I wish I had - There was a garden and it was well maintained, so we had a dog run - There were products scattered all over the place that I wanted to try Bad points - There was a constant smell of sulfur from outside - It was advertised as a room for 10 people, but there were a total of 3 bedrooms, with 2 rooms with 2 double beds and 1 room with 1 semi-double bed like a sofa bed - The semi-double rooms had futons that you had to lay out yourself - It was a bit of a pain to get information such as everyone's address and age - There were trees around the garden, but you could see what the house across the street was doing, so it would have been nice if they could block the view
