Absolutely everyone, from the front desk to the waitress and waiters in restaurant and the bartenders in the ******... they all were friendly, helpful and personable.
The locals and ones that vacay up there, I've never met nicer people...being said hello to or waved at 30 times a day was nice!

Was not sure by booking this hotel we were going to miss the hustle and bustle of Havasu City downtown livelihood - our expectations were better! We had the chance to visit and spend time in Havasu then take a ferry over, with our luggage - easy! To enjoy the ****** for a few hours and on top - a friendly front desk team member, clean room and a great night sleep!

Large, clean rooms. Great, informative staff at check in. Nice ******, even one a few dollars. There is a ferry that goes to London Bridge on the AZ side every hour and costs only $4 round trip.

Very nice hotel ****** but it's a ways out there. Didn't try the food or do anything in the day just spent the night. Staff was super friendly.

Desk staff was awesome- room was good, bathroom was great but air conditioning was turning off and on all night and sounded like a Speed Boat speeding up and racing by/ woke us every time it came on.

We did not like the fact that we had no curtains/blinds in our room, although we were notified at check-in. Also, when I reserved the room, I reserved a king size bed & we got a room with 2 full size beds — we were not happy with that.

Our stay at Havasu Landing was excellent! The staff was wonderful and put a small fridge in our room so I could keep my son's medication cold. The view from the restaurant and from our room was magnificent! The view of the lake made the drive worthwhile.
