New Albany Hotels with Airport pickup service

My family and I were in town for a wedding. We booked at Home 2 suites in New Albany and had the worst experience ever for Hilton brands. Our room was not clean. Obvious toilet filth, etc. Not to dwell on that so we moved to the Hampton Inn and the hotel and staff were exceptional!! We explained our dilemma and were well taken care of. There was a little league baseball tournament going on but it didn’t effect our stay and the ability of the staff at all. Wonderful job! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay there.

The location very close to Ohio State University is the biggest advantage of this hotel. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, but the area is small. If you live alone, you can barely make do, but if you live with two or more people, the experience will be very bad.

Beautiful red brick outside and beautifully renovated, clean, spacious property. Staff, starting with Taylor, on the phone, setting up wedding block, is so professional, kind, and efficient! All staff were courteous, pleasant, prompt, and efficient. Maids were so kind and flexible. Every request was tended to promptly. The Starbucks counter and lobby cafe were delicious, convenient, and popular. Tell them to hold back just a bit on the vinaigrette dressing for the avocado toast (AMAZING)! Breakfast bowls, breakfast sandwiches, etc. so good. Bartenders so nice in the evenings. Loved our stay here. You will too! Fire pit and lounge area out back are perfect. Lobby is so spacious, clean, but also provides private tables with semi-walls.

We used reward points for this stay and it was a great value. The hotel was easily accessible off the interstate and was close to a mall; and a Costco was located across the street. We asked for a two queen bed suite and the room was outstanding. We had lots of room, a couch, and two flat screen televisions. There were plenty of plugs for our electronic devices and a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I would give this hotel a 6 plus if allowed.

Although I already paid over Trip.com I was taken off the room again and when I told them e I had already paid it was told me this was cancelled but next day I received a message against my bank The room was charged to me so I had to pay the room 3 times. I wouldn't check in there anymore because it is connected with very many circumstances. From 9:00 a.m. it's going to be noisy because the staff when cleaning the room sound music hears something nervous I have to say.
