Property was ok. I didn't like that the hotel took a $250 hold on my credit card up front. Also when i went for breakfast - which ended at 10, I tried getting some juice while the attendant stoody by chatting. the pump didn't work because they turned it off exactly at 10 and it was about 2 minutes after 10. Even thought the attendant was standing there, she made no effort to help or make any exception. Instead, she was quick to point out that breakfast ended at 10, with no remorse or apology. WHile i understand rules, I also understand customer service and how important it is to convey to the customer that they are valued. I did not feel valued. Rather, I felt like an inconvenience.
Additionally, the water for the bathroom shower took a really long time to heat up, so much so that I thought the hot water didn't work.
