不推薦的原因：離店後，收到酒店莫名扣款150美金！經攜程客服介入溝通，酒店繼續編造各種噁心和不真實的理由！第一次碰到這麼差勁和不誠信的酒店。

房間挺大，有廚房，連續住每七天打掃一次，需要換毛巾可以讓前台送。環境不錯有泳池，晚上安靜，早餐算豐富的，就是房間空調啟動時聲音較響。總的來説性價比高👍

Enjoyed the ease of being able to walk to the French Quarter and attractions. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and front desk staff was pleasant. I attended for my graduation ceremony and was my 1st time to New Orleans. Was beautiful to see the old buildings and take in some culture- if I were to return New Orleans (prob not) I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

There was a huge wet area in the carpet between the bed and outside wall, I would have asked for a different room had I noticed it prior to my last night there. Good location, quiet, very friendly staff.

Overall, the hotel itself was very good. There is no parking on the property you have to either pay valet parking at $47 a day or find parking on the street with parking meters or other pay lots so the parking was not a convenient part of the stay I also had construction work underneath my window starting at the first light of day very noisy, loud music hammering, chattering talking, jackhammering the entire time I was there for 3 1/2 days.

Room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed hanging out and catching up before we headed out to the Saenger. The front desk and the valet were very helpful.

The size of the rooms were great, but there was hair in the tub, the floor was dirty, the insides of the toilet were dirty. I was not happy with the cleanliness of this room, especially with the prices we paid. I also requested that our two rooms be close together. They put us on the same floor but on opposite sides of the building.
