My was bad the first room the gave me didn’t have any air so hot in that room so I was move upstairs the second room water was so low barely can take a bath or shower beside someone hit my car in the parking lot and didn’t leave an information so now it a hit and run now I have to file a police report

The glass door leading to the hotel's parking lot needs to be replaced; it's about to break and could easily cause injury. The room was nice and clean, and there's enclosed parking for safe driving. It's not far from the city's attractions. However, there were quite a few homeless people downstairs at night, so it's fine if you stay indoors.

No jot warer! No apparent sense of urgency to get it fixed. Dim lighting in toom. Had to use flashlight app on phone to licate bathroomight switches. Couldn't get TV to eork. $75 Securiyy Deposit credit catd hold os excessive. Elevator has offe.nsice oror.

Wouldn’t come here again. Bathroom and toilet ****** and you don’t even get hand soap for the sink…. Also the bathroom fan barely works.

Room was not up to par to what we seen on the pictures before hand. There was literally no furniture in the room just two beds. The tv didn’t work at all. There was a closet but no bar to even hang clothes on. There was no iron to iron clothes. There was no hot water the first two nights we were there. In the bathroom there was mold all over the walls. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and I had boys with me. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in New Orleans I would definitely not recommend anyone staying there. You get what you pay for cheap and it is cheap for a reason.

The room smells horrible. The bathroom door was broken and could not lock. The ceilings have holes. Don’t recommend at all.

The room and bathroom was clean. This is an older hotel that’s perfect for a traveler looking to just book somewhere affordable and not too far from the city. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was ok, other than that the AC is like an engine sound horrible whenever it’s on. No bright lights, kinda dirty, and noisy all night long
