Hosteeva cancelled our reservation without contacting us inspite of requiring our credit card information. It sent a link that did not work and did not make any reference to **********, then replaced a very nice unit with something that was in a poor condition - holes in walls, lifting and shifting tiles when you walk on them, and exposed wood frames. We tried to contact them several times about a missing coffee pot and did not receive one even though they said they will provide one.

The property is large and spacious. My only issue was the shower leaked but they came out the next day and fixed it. The bathroom was a little dirty but it wasn't bad.
Any concerns we had were addressed and they were exceptionally friendly.
