My daughter and I came for a few days to celebrate her college graduation. We flew in to the private airport, and Katy Olds the conceirge service handled everthing from then on for 3 days. We did a private city tour which was really informative, then preservation hall concert, a must see. We ate at 6 great restuarants, and the food only got better ending at Jack Rose. The best thing we did was see Kermit Ruffins at the blue nile, amazing showman and talented trumpet player. Katy handled scheduling and buying tickets for everything, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel was a great location. Gym needs to be upgraded. It is New Orleans, and like NYC you may need earplugs to keep out the sirens, etc late in the morning. I will be back with my wife and will stay here and get Katy's help again. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

This was a stop over as our train stopped for the night in New Orleans and was to leave out in the morning. We arrived very late as our train had been delayed and staff was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was quite comfortable. It had a refrigerator but no microwave which we would have greatly appreciated. We had to be up early to catch our train and we were unable to have a hot breakfast due to the lack of the microwave. Other than that, everything was fine. Hope to come back when we can stay longer.

Check in at 4 pm, early check-in for 25 dollars, Ctrip's so-called garden view room has only a small window, the window is a wall, the room is very dark, change the room for 25 dollars, parking 38 dollars, plus breakfast, a total of 220 dollars a night . Bourbon Street has all gone back and forth 3 kilometers. Breakfast is typical of American style, egg sausages. No extra bed, sofa bed and extra bedding.
