The service was really good. The front desk manager gave us three free bottles of water, and because we had children at home, he went to find us a room on the first floor. .

Hotel service is good

Great location, safe area, 8 min walk to NJ Transit train stop from which you can go to Penn Station in Manhattan, so cheaper way to see NYC and w/ free parking. Clean and well appointed, albeit decor leans a bit gaudy. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Nice property, recently renovated. Clean, plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Good value. Very close to downtown Summit and Chatham. Streamline check in and out. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers or families.

This hotel is excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. Our room was pristine. The bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. The fridge, tv, heat, etc all worked. The water pressure was great, the drains were all working properly (we've stayed in several hotels with backed up shower drains - yuck). The breakfast was delicious and had so many choices. Our room was quiet, everything smelled good, I mean I just can't even think of anything I would suggest for improvement. Top notch and CLEAN. The town is very nice. We walked about 8-10 minutes to catch a train from Murray Hill to Summit to NYC. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked 2 rooms for out of state family to attend local wedding. Very good location. Near restaurants, stores, church. Front desk answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Clean facility. Adjacent restaurant and nice bar, frequently with entertainment. Good breakfast with nice variety included in stay. All the personnel I dealt with were extremely professional and accommodating.

This is one of the nicest Best Westerns I've been to. There was definitely more emphasis on luxury. The carpeting is thick and really well padded. There were plush robes in the rooms, My room had an area away from the bed with a sofa and side table, which was perfect to relax and read, while someone else watched TV. The breakfast was well stocked, and there was a lot of variety. The rooms were quiet.

It took 45 minutes to check in. We had to go back to the front desk several times to have keys replaced because they didn’t work (sometimes there was no one there or they were watching movies or talking on their cell phones). The beds were too high for my mother in law and they had nothing available to help her step up or a room with a lower bed (I have no idea how someone with mobility issues could he in and out). The elevator wasn’t working part of the time. The sink wasn’t draining. There were no coffee pods in the room. We did appreciate the free breakfast and the staff there, they were very friendly.

Just checked in, staff is excellent room clean, nice having atttached restaurant and bar, restaurant is a little more upscale. Free breakfast. Very confident location to my business trip. Bed looks comfy. Glad I chose here.

My sister chose the hotel based on reviews, which was a 4+ star rating & the hotel’s location. We were in town for a funeral & The Hub was a perfect fit for our needs. The cleanliness, comfort, privacy, & service were excellent! Well appointed rooms, clean, soft linens, coffee & sparkling water in the lobby, & friendly staff. We couldn’t be more pleased!

My room was clean and comfortable. It seems they've done some nice upgrades. My one concern was the lock was broke, there was clear water issues in the past and the door is extremely hard to open (takes a shoulder shove)...when I came to check-in there wasn't anyone at the desk. I had to go find them in the office. They were not very engaging nor helpful? I am a visitor and know nothing about your area...zero suggestions. I did eat at the hotel restaurant. While extremely expensive ($$$) it was good. I may try that again during my extended stay. If it weren't for location, I'd look for some place else??

ruined two of my shirts due to wert paint they did not mark. Management said they put out orange cones (no they did not) and said he and the painter stayed in the area of the wet paint until it was dry. Who int their right mind with sit around and watch paint dry? Did not even receive an apology and instead made it sound like it was my fault.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was always well stocked. The staff is very pleasant. It was nice having a bar and restaurant connected to the hotel as well. We would stay there again if in the area!
