New Taipei Hot Spring Hotel Reviews

We got upgraded to bigger room with 3 beds which was nice but the AC took long time to cool the room that I couldnt sleep for first night. Next day they gave us 2 fans for better circulation which helped alot. Not sure why the bathroom dont provide hand wash. Hot spring tub was good but the overall amenities are older but working well. Breakfast was very simple so dont expect much.

There service is quite good,but one thing no good is night time their counter is no body there ,so when U need some help is quite troublesome 😅da room is really big ,we enjoy da hot spring in da room 😉

The hotel is located near a train station and easily accessible by buses. There are convenient stores and eateries around it. The hotel looks a bit old but it is clean and tidy. The bath tub is the key reason for me to pick this hotel. The bath water are from spring and certified by regulators.

Overall were great.

There are many good restaurants nearby, the room is spacious, and there's a great buffet breakfast. The price is also very reasonable! 👍👍👍 Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Breakfast was so-so, but overall it was quite good 👍🏼 The room for two was very spacious.

The service was almost perfect. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast was a bit bland. Hopefully, that will be better next time I go.

I booked a room for my family, and they were very satisfied with the food and the children's play area. 😆

I booked a family room on this website in advance, but later on, we had a child. The hotel receptionist said that they couldn't accommodate so many people. I followed her rules and booked a double room for an extra child under 12 years old and paid an extra 550 yuan. However, I saw in the DM at the receptionist that it clearly stated that breakfast was on sale for 150 yuan, yet the receptionist said that no one only bought breakfast! One more child costs 550, and this 550 actually does not include any amenities or extra quilts, only breakfast (the buffet breakfast does not have many options, and after drinking a glass of chocolate milk, you cannot leave). After checking in, I found that there were a lot of what looked like pebbles flowing out of the bathtub faucet in the family room. I flushed it out and turned it on for a while, but after repeating this 3 or 4 times, there were still a lot of pebbles. The hotel staff said it was calcium bicarbonate in the water pipes, and said that if you mind, don't take a bath! But we came here just to soak in the hot springs! Later, the hotel receptionist said they could help us change rooms. As a result, we were changed from a family room to a double room. The room became smaller and had fewer large windows. The most important thing is that they did not refund the price difference! Just because the front desk said when I checked in that I booked it on the booking website and had already paid, the family room cannot be refunded! ! ! This is not the first time we have stayed in this hotel. Our previous experiences were very pleasant and our children never forgot them. We must stay in this hotel every time we come to Taipei, but we will not choose this hotel again after this time!

The hotel is located away from Zhongshan District in Taipei City, and the ride from the 101 Building is about NT$300. It's a hot spring resort, so don't have expectations and you won't be disappointed. There is no bathtub or hot spring♨️, only the bathtub in the room. Believe it or not! General facilities, breakfast is also average. If you just want to stay overnight, that's an option. However, the house price is slightly expensive, and there are many choices for this price.

The hotel environment is nice, but the soundproofing needs to be improved.

The space is just right, but the bathtub is a bit small, but it's still acceptable.
