This has been the worst hotel experience I've ever had! The front desk staff were incredibly insensitive, especially after a long and exhausting journey. They gave me the wrong room, and to make matters worse, they struggled to communicate in basic English. The staff member was rude and dismissive, despite it being clearly their mistake. We were then asked to wait for a new room, but it was wrong again. At that point, I was so tired that I didn’t bother to request another change. I had booked a Superior Twin room, but instead, I was given an Exquisite Twin room, which was definitely not the right one. Additionally, the room was not clean, especially the restroom tiles and ceiling. I will not be returning to this hotel and strongly recommend choosing another option for those who are planning to stay here.

The hotel is near the Taipei Bridge Metro station a bit far from the city but it is accessible.

Room is spacious! Very close to the places I need to go to! Close to the mrt station.

Cheap and affordable, don't think too much about the environment. If you want it to be cheap and clean, please pay a little more.

I booked a room with a window, which was much more expensive, but it turned out to be a scam. The so-called window is just a tiny ventilation window above the toilet, and the screen is broken, so mosquitoes can come in and out at will. If you want to get some fresh air, you have to open the toilet door and face the toilet to breathe fresh air. It's just like a prison cell! Taiwan is indeed the kingdom of fraud groups, I've learned my lesson 🙏

The fire alarm rang three times between 6:20 and 8:20 a.m. on July 28 I couldn't sleep for a whole 2 hours. I didn't even apologize if I didn't ask. The service quality is completely lacking. The accommodation is just for rest. The most basic requirements are not met!

Anyway, I couldn't find the reception, so I went to the building and the staff helped me. There is a musty smell inside the building, but the interior is quite comfortable. There are no bugs and hot water runs well.

There will be bugs, spiders, cockroaches and the like, so the sanitary conditions can be improved. Then there was a suspected housekeeper who stayed in the guest room to rest? ? ? Fortunately, I was able to change rooms later.

I'm very satisfied with the quality for this price. It's also good that it's close to the station Aya ha yama ya ya ya hisana tama yanu ya na tara hi

The location is convenient, but the rooftop square is a bit scary The karaoke in the basement is very noisy and you can hear the singing all the time while sleeping.
