I stayed at this homestay for one night and I was satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The homestay also offered tour and massage services, which I appreciated. The only downside was the location, which was not very convenient for elderly people or those with large luggage. We only had bagpacks so no issue.
There were a lot of stairs to climb and the homestay was not easy to find. However, the homestay provided detailed directions and was responsive to my messages. Overall, I would recommend this homestay for a short stay.

Very hard to find the exact location, need to contact them in advanve especially you have big luggage so that they can arrange the pick up service for you, but we did not know so the experience was bad. They provided most of the required facilities so except for the location, overall still okay

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Everything was good. The place is a little difficult to find. The wifi password is the hotel’s phone number. We didn’t buy a SIM card when we were in Taiwan, so it was not easy to communicate with the front desk without wifi. There is a YouTube video on how to go to the hotel to and from the old street. You should ask for that video ahead of your check in.

位置離老街幾分鐘的距離，小孩走路可到，只是真的隱密，需要做一下功課才找的到民宿。
住宿價格很便宜，cp值高，室內有除濕機不會顯得山上潮濕，床軟好睡。

去這間前請務必先加好line或其他聯繫客服的方式！很重要！我們沒有加跟著GoogleMap走，搬著20kg的大行李箱走了10幾層樓梯！山城樓梯斜坡居多，帶著行李箱不好走。可以自己駕車或者叫taxi，加客服會給詳細的路程引導，不用自己找。民宿衛生不錯，地方不太大，箱子有點難放。快到達的時候要先找客服，因為客服不是一直在民宿裡，要早一點點通知才辦理入住。熱水跟電視機都正常，進門有密碼鎖，進房間也有密碼鎖。出去下樓梯5分鐘就到九分老街了。走的時候有代叫taxi服務，直接坐到瑞芳車站就可以到處去了。

場所は探しにくいですが、連絡をすると丁寧に教えてくれました。
また少し早めのチェックインにも、快く対応してくれて有り難かったです。
特に雨に濡れていた身としては、とても助かりました。
またベッドの寝心地も凄く良くて、最高な睡眠が取れて癒やされました！

線上客服回覆速度很快，態度也很好，有任何問題都會盡力幫忙解決。
此次入住慶生，老闆娘還特別招待蛋糕以及非常貼心的手寫卡片，真的非常驚喜。
房間很大，冷氣還有暖氣的功能以及烘鞋機，這在潮濕寒冷的山上特別實用。
