Oakridge Motel

It was clean and fairly quiet. It had a microwave and a mini fridge, but I wish they had a coffee maker. They have a coffee pot in the office but I had to ask them to make a pot last time I was there. I noticed there wasn't any made this time as well so just waited until we went to breakfast to get my coffee.

Horrible place. Smells like smoke. There were kids yelling until 1 a.m. The motel charged us for smoking fee when no one smokes. Room was dirty when we arrived. Horrible experience. This place needs to be shut down. They are definitely very unprofessional as well.

Property - room, halls and office - all smelled horribly of cigarettes. The toilet had urine all over it. When the desk clerk was notified he was rude and disrespectful claiming that he didn’t being so the rooms were not dirty.

Was fairly clean Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing

I thought that we would give the Cronk's Oakridge Motel another try, even though our last experience was not that great. But everyone deserves a second chance , to see if they had improved in the areas that were lacking and a concern from our last stay. I received a call after a couple hours from the management stating that they refuse to rent a room to me, since last time I was there I was not satisficed and had complained. So I would say they probably did not improve on some of these areas. What a shame, we have such a large group that often stays together, this year we will be staying else where.
