When I walked in the room very strange strong odor, but I didn’t say anything. I stood there for 2 days and when I left I was charged an extra $19.97 and no explanation. I did have an uneasy feeling when I first arrived my room was already paid for and the desk clerk took my card and swiped it. When I left there is an unnecessary charge. I stripped the beds gathered all dirty bedding towels and garbage. I will never stay at that place again.

Refused a woman’s reservation because she had a service animal for her seizure disorder that alerts her. Then overcharged her credit card instead of reimbursing her by $200. So the woman could not afford to get another hotel room and is homeless tonight! You suck!

Great budget friendly overnight stay with family, cozy room with the necessities of a fridge and microwave.

Clean and comfortable
For an outdated hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was minimal: juice, coffee, and bakery items. Only wished they had the office unlocked and open at 7:30 to access breakfast items. Would stay there again.
