Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites, Ascend Hotel Collection

Pro's: From my first conversation with Caleb I knew I would get Stellar Customer Service. This was our first time staying with E.O.S. and I had many questions which he was patient and very knowledgeable with his replies. When we arrived for check In we were greeted with a smile and a welcoming deamor after a long drive and Caleb had all requests filled from xtras in the room and fresh COOKIES waiting....Ummm Yes please:) This was AWESOME and was so APPRECIATED!! Emma was AMAZING & Kind also during our time of need late at night. The vending machine was being finicky with credit cards and she was able to get me 2 bottled water's and 2 apple juice boxes which was definitely needed as we were down to only 1 bottled water to share..I definitely appreciated her kindness and help:) The rooms are spacious with lots of amenities and AMAZING balcony views that are great for relaxing & rejuvenating your soul with all the beach vibes. Con's: The carpet in the rooms DEFINITELY need replaced or at least high traffic area at the least! my big toe was punctured on the bottom when I took my heels off and was walking over to get my slippers on OUCH! The carpet is shredding away from the transitioning ***** which leaves sharp tacking exposed which caused my injury! It hindered me going into the hot tub and pool because I didn't want to share guest amenities with an open wound! Really upset about this! However I have faith that the GM Tiffany will reach out soon and hopefully accommodate!

Walked into the lobby for registration while their freshly baked cookies were cooling. Yum! Those cookies were so delicious. The check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming, the property is well maintained, our room had a wonderful view of the ocean, and we loved the fire pits. The elevator configuration is a little puzzling and it took us a while to find the stairs, so that we didn't need to take multiple elevators to get from the office to our room on the 2nd floor. Once we found the stairs it was a lot better (not to mention more environmentally friendly). Other than the confusing plethora of elevators, we loved this hotel and would stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean, and modern rooms. Helpful, fun, and kind staff. Wonderful views and centrally located. Will definitely be back.

My daughter and I enjoyed the Elizabeth Inn very much. All the staff we're friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the nightly free cookies and the easy to grab breakfast! The view was great and our beds were huge and comfortable.

Very nice room, lovely ocean view, comfortable bed, nice amenities, covered parking, great location with convenient beach access, good value for price (at least in January). Very friendly and helpful staff. We plan to make this our go-to hotel in Newport the next time we drive the 101.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful ADA room. My sister could move around easily in her electric wheelchair.

The management at this Hotel were so helpful and kind due to unforeseen circumstances. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

Great staff, clean and updated room. Noisy people above us which was strange because the hotel had a lot of vacant rooms.

It was a great time. Very friendly and comfortable. They make sure you are taken care of by going above and beyond. I feel like i got my moneys worth.
