P&L Apartment

We got scammed, lost money and time but gained mental illness. Lack of honesty, incorrect info and pictures. It is the fraud. The guy named Phong from this property called me in Jan 6 at 9PM to asked for a 50% deposit for this unit otherwise he could not secure the booking. Due to the holiday in Vietnam, everywhere was busy. I deposited him the next morning. In Jan 25, he let us wait untill 2:30pm and took us to the unit with unfinished cleaning and totally different to what have written on the site. Only mattress no bed sheets, he said later would have housekeeping come to do it. The unit was small with room 1: 1 double bed, room 2: 1 double bed and living room 1 twin bed, the whole living room was occupied by the bed, no common area, literally could not walk through. Instead of what showed in the site was: bed1 : 1 twin 1 king, bed2: 1 twin 2 full beds and living room with couches and a dining table for 8 persons. We didn’t mind it was small but it didn’t have enough beds as described. He said he would bring 1 more twin bed for us, but was wondering where he gonna put it??? And told us he to cancel the booking on the site he would give us a 10% discount because he didn’t want to be charged for the commission. He kept saying he was very busy and left us with the NOT ready to check in unit and not what we booked. After our group discussion, I called him to cancel and asked for refund, he yelled at me on the phone said: no more refund we were so annoying, he was very busy he had many units had to manage no time for us and hung up without let me saying anything. We called again to let him know we canceled and left the key back in the unit. So sad we were in the anxiety for no accommodation in the busiest holiday so we forgot to take picture of the unit.
