Excellent location for Skylon Tower and the falls with free guest parking. IHG members can requested late checkout. The building is a 6 stories property, so you won’t have falls view, but it is very close to the falls (less than 10 mins walk)

Nice room with double queen size bed. The bathroom is spacious with great steam facility. 3 minutes walk to the Falls.

The room is very big, very close to the tower, and the waterfall is only a few minutes' walk away. Parking is free. The hotel also has a swimming pool and the rooms have balconies, but the hotel floor is not high so you can't see the waterfall from the room.

The service is average, the equipment is a bit old, but the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

The room on the 1st floor has a floor-to-ceiling sliding door that cannot be opened at all, and there is not even a single crack, so it is equivalent to a disguised windowless room and cannot be ventilated. Ventilation can only rely on the air conditioner, the noise of the air conditioner is very loud, and the maximum wind is about the same as the decibel on the plane... The minimum sound is also very loud. It is impossible to sleep at night... The sound insulation of the room is very poor. It's very clear... It makes people feel like living in a motel, and the sound of the door opening and closing of the room is also very loud, so the noise is very loud. Speaking of service, the service is that there is almost no service, no late check out and luggage storage is only 2-3 hours. On the day of check out, if you are going to store your luggage and then go to the boat to watch the fireworks, it is almost impossible. Very, very unreasonable because the fireworks were put on at 10 o'clock and finally we took our luggage to go to the boat to watch the waterfall and the fireworks were rejected. Really speechless. 100 not recommended.

There was no microwave and the fridge didn’t have a freezer. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and there is a convenient, delicious restaurant & bar right in the hotel. Breakfast is a bit expensive but it is served until 11:30. It is only a block or two to get to see the falls. At night they are all lit up and beautiful. Almost everything is within walking distance including Clifton Hill.

Short walk to the falls and ******. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. Overall stay was good except house keeping banging on our door at 9:30 when checkout is noon. And then proceeding to talk loud and make lots of noise in the hallway for the next half hour. We had gone to a show and had a late night at the ****** so that was not appreciated.

My wife and I thought that if we booked a hotel close to the ****** that it would be ok. We could not have been further from the truth. The place smelled bad the heat did not work properly, the room was not clean niether was the hallway and it was quite noisy.

Very clean and friendly environment. Loved the fact that we could walk to restaurants as well as the Falls and ******. Overall a great experience.

Very comfortable, the rooms are very clean. Staff are all very friendly. The restaurant is very convenient and good. The hot tub could use fresh water, seemed a little dirty.

this hotel is only 5 minute walk to the falls and just across street of the ******..i love how they collab with dove so if your like me dont like bringing toiletries they have you covered.,
