"The view from the room is stunning !! Amazing view 👍🏻 but the hotel is old.  Even our room door number plate is broken ; the breakfast is simple and normal no surprise. Just like most of the North America hotel there’s just towel provide you need to prepare other amenities by yourself. No water bottle or kettle provide in the room."

"Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!"

"Our reservation was originally with Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls but due to room maintenance, they kindly arranged alternate accommodation for us and it exceeded all expectations! We were given a room at the Hilton hotel with a double king-size bed, stunning views of both the U.S. and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls, and even a relaxing jacuzzi that was perfect to unwind in at the end of the day. The Hilton’s location was excellent, the room was super spacious and spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. A big thank you to Oakes for swiftly securing another option for us and to Hilton for delivering top-notch service throughout our stay!"

"The window is full of finger print mark, we book for the falls view room and once we entered the room there are clearly uncleaned windows and once we open further the curtain, there are more marks, oily and dirty marks with kids finger and hands mark over the window, well, it's obviously the cleaner did not clean the places where they are covered, but more difficult to accept is the area which is clearly seen that it is not yet cleaned, we understand time is tight and it's the Canada day holiday, the rooms are busy, but we just want cleaniness, on the other hand, there are chocolate and other oreo chips on left on the ground, near the bin area (I understand it's dark and the carpet is in darker colour at the side too), but again, it is not been cleaned and vaccumed, we did not even try to look at other area underneth the chair or table, they are dusty too. I hope the hotel can be more cautious and check the cleaner's work after they claimed to be cleaned. The hotel can contact me directly I can provide more pictures we took and I hope they can enhance this situation in the future."

"The hotel feels old but the views of Niagara Falls are really great! Was given a horseshoe view room at first which I didn’t quite like it and the staff didn’t validate the card properly and we couldn’t enter the room. The room lock is also abit faulty. Was given the option to upgrade the room for $150CAD a night for the Canadian and US falls view which was wonderful. Really enjoyed the room. The shower was hard to use. The breakfast was quite bad also."

"A visit to Niagara Falls is definitely a must if you're in Toronto. The hotel is right by the falls, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel service was great; we even got a free room upgrade. We could watch the fireworks from our room at night. However, when I booked through Ctrip, it showed that all payments were settled, but upon check-in, the hotel charged an additional city fee of almost $40. I've already reported this to Ctrip, and I trust they will handle it properly."

"First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking."

"Highly recommend staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heart shaped tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Room was good, clean and affordable. We expected that we were supposed to be booked on Days inn(nearer on Niagara falls) not Days inn and suite. It was 2 different locations but the concierge didn't inform us or maybe the hotel details in the trip app is wrong. Also, we originally booked a 1 bed queen room and we were given a 2 bed queen room."
