"We booked our stay at Niagara Fallview Hotel by IHG at the last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised that they were still able to provide us with a room with a partial river view. The hotel’s location is excellent — it is very close to the main attractions and within walking distance to many popular spots. It is also next to Tower Hotel and Marriott, which makes exploring the area very convenient. The room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel provided fresh towels and basic room cleaning every day. The bedding was not changed daily, but it was changed every three days, which is reasonable. Kids stay free, and the hotel was also happy to provide extra towels for the children. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was a nice place for young kids to play and enjoy some time after sightseeing. The restaurant downstairs was just okay, but there are many dining options nearby. Parking can be a little challenging — the underground parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel does provide an alternative parking option a few blocks away, which is about a 5–10 minute walk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location, cleanliness, family-friendly service, and the ability to get a river-view room even with a last-minute booking made this hotel a great choice. We would highly recommend it for families visiting Niagara Falls."

"We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was so well prepared that we barely needed to leave the hotel. We loved the spa, indoor pool, wine bar, and ice cream bar. The wine bar was excellent and highly recommended. The location is amazing, Clifton Hill is surprisingly close, and the casino and indoor playground are just steps away. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it became a trip we will never forget."
