clean but the facilities are old, I paid the.hotel.with trip.com and arriving at the hotel they asked me for a deposit of 500 dollars the other day when I went to check out they charged me 12.49 dollars per room according to having used the resort when I knew there was and I never used it since we only used the place to rest

The balcony can see the waterfall, which is better than other hotels. And it is relatively close to other attractions, which can be reached on foot, and the bar next to it can be enjoyed in the evening when you have nothing to do.

The hotel was not at all what we expected based on the reviews. The hallway was filthy leading up to the room. The room was outdated. The hair dryer in the bathroom was clogged with hair and also seemed to be growing mold. The mini fridge had a loud humming sound and was not chilled at all. We had better luck keeping our drinks cold outside on the balcony. The
TV did not work, the wifi was not available, when they said it was and provided a password. the balcony light fixture was damaged and it was hanging off by a wire. not safe at all. there was a full cup of cigarettes left from the person who stay before us. Entirely the hotel room was not in good shape and disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel at all and will be requesting a refund. Very disappointed. Location however is good.

Staff was amazing, great customer service skills. House keeper Maria was very kind and deserves recognition as well as the other girl cleaning the second floor. The gentleman that checked me in was quick and on the ball. Only downside is that it is an older building and some up keeps need to be addressed. Overall it was a good stay.

Before arriving i recieved multiple phone calls inquiring about when id be arriving to check in. The heater in the room was very noisy and barely worked. The shower took an excessive amount of time to get hot. Walls were too thin, i could hear the people above and below me walking around all night. Got woken up by the cleaning lady talking and banging things around in the hall. Lack of parking. We webt out for the evening, returned around 11 and there was nowhere to park.
The bed was very soft though.

We had a great experience, granted it is an older hotel that could use upgrades but everything worked, the price was right. Free parking and a few continental breakfast to boot.

Mold under tub taps..rooms beautiful. Balcony nice touch... Found sand / dirt in one of the two beds .
Will give it another go. Great staff. First time I have ever got a phone call asking time I would arrive.
